Field Order: Moab Madness 2002

Updated 4/2/2002
Situation:
Mid winter complacency and sloth has set into our exercise regimes. If left uncorrected, we will all take on the appearance of Uncle Bubba the BBQ King. Motivation and discipline is what is required. A goal, an objective to which we can all strive and for which we can train. It is with this in mind that Moab Madness has been defined. Five days of testing man and mountain bike against the best that Mother Nature has to offer. Sure we will break a chain or two, maybe even fly over the handle bars a couple of times, certainly we will end each day tired and exhausted and feeling we can't do it again. But will we crawl into the our lounge chairs and wimp out? No Way! Back on the saddle we'll spring, ready to conquer the best Moab has to offer.
