Project Sponsor: What manager has stewardship for the success of this project. Their role is to represent and support the actions of the project team at the appropriate management level.
Value Added: The unique value that is added by this Project.
Linkages: The other individuals, departments, functions, or teams with whom this project team needs to develop a relationship. Give brief reasons why these specific relationships are important.
Review Process: Establish periodic review process. Who attends, what frequency, checkpoint criteria)
Key Priorities: The factors that are most critical for making progress on objectives and deliverables.
Issues/Barriers: Potential risks for this project team. What issues need resolution to improve chances of success? Are there any barriers that would hinder this team's progress?
Chartering Body: Who is chartering this project. For example: The Marketing Managers Staff.
Management Signatures: To make their support official and visible.
Team Member Signatures: To show their commitment and that they understand their task.
