With citizen participation weak, the legalized bribery of political fund raising rampant, media control increasingly concentrated, and public cynicism virulent, the fundamental processes of our political system are at risk. And it is clear the professional politicians intend to do little about it.

MY CAMPAIGN WILL DEMONSTRATE IMMEDIATE REFORM. I accept donations of no more than $100 per person. I will accept no money from organizations. I will buy no TV advertising because its manipulation and deception breeds cynicism and disgust with politics.
