Armando Arroyo was just 3 when he died at the hands of his mother. She drowned him in the bathtub. She called the police telling them that he accidentally drowned, but detectives investing said that little Armando had died hours before she even called the police.
Erika Arroyo, 22 years old was arrested and ordered held without bail on a first degree murder charge.
