Priscilla Ford

During a 1980 Thanksgiving Day parade in Reno, Nev., Ford deliberately drove 
her car onto a crowded sidewalk, injuring 23 and killing six people. Diagnosed 
as a schizophrenic, Ford said she committed the crime for attention.
