Naomi Kinney -- Washington

BELLINGHAM -- After several attempts to kill her children's father, 
Naomi Kinney strapped their two young boys into her car, went back 
into the house and shot him as he slept, prosecutors say.

Naomi Kinney faces a first-degree murder charge in death of Timothy 
Bowman.  Whatcom County Sheriff Deputies have arrested Judith E. 
Kinney of Albany, Ore., in the continuing investigation of the killing 
of Timothy G. Bowman on the Lummi Nation Reservation. Kinney was 
charged with conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with physical 
evidence and hindering prosecution. She is being held on $20,000 bail.
