Judith Ann Neelley

Team killer, with husband Alvin. Sexual homicides of approximately 
fifteen women. She injected one of their victims with drain cleaner 
in an effort to kill her (it didn't work, the victim had to be shot).
Judith was condemned to death (commuted to life).  Alabama
Alvin was sentenced to two life sentences.

was leaving office.  No reason given.
