How Coaching Works
We begin our coaching relationship with a two hour session that focuses on you and your needs. This is a fun and easy way for me to find out who you are and what you are about. By means of multidimensional approach, an individualized program is designed
Typically, we would then work weekly, either in person or by phone. We can also use fax and e-mail. We will focus on your vision... and move forward as you take action toward the life you deserve.
