Current Rental Information
Every current rental is stored on file and erased when the tape is returned.
You can quickly find out which tapes are out and what their status' are
and neither you nor the software must look through either every customer for
what tapes are currently rented, or every tape in stock for its rented
status.
Each rental contains:
- Tape ID
- Rent date
- Due date
Every morning or evening, you would have the software check through the
rentals to see which tapes are late
- Fees charged
How much the tape cost to be rented, including current late-charges
- Fees paid
How much has been paid
- Fee mode
Whether it was a birthday or Nth day free rental
