Reports
Reports can either be displayed on screen or printed and include information
such as:
- Most/least rented title
- Most/least active customer
- Most/least problematic customer
- Tapes in the worst/best condition
- Store-wide, account-wide and customer-only category favorites
Good for finding out who likes dinosaur movies, for example.
If they do, you can recommend newly arrived ones or infrequently rented
ones to them.
- Most active times of the day/week/month/year.
