Monitor Requirements

A simple color monitor is suggested, but the program will be able to work on any monochrome ("green-screen" or "amber-screen") monitor.

The purpose of having color is more than to simply look nice. It has been found that people notice color more quickly than shapes or text. This is very important to advertisers who want to catch possible consumers' attention, but can also improve the effeciency of and reduce the number of erros made by clerks, especially during busy hours.
