Proposal Information

Purpose

Video Express, a video tape and popcorn store, requires a software set-up to replace their 5"x7"-card-based record keeping. More detailed information dealing with what is required for this project is of course within the proposal itself, but of course, other non-required features and information is listed as well.

Why HTML?

I picked HTML because it's the perfect way to make an interactive, nicely formatted document without the use of fancy software (like WYSIWYG word processors, MacroMind Director, Page Maker, etc.) or hardware (printer).
