Banner and Card Makers

Although the promotional use of banners is similar to fliers and posters, many products which make cards and simple fliers also handle simple banners. (Please recall that it is the easiest to make banners on dot-matrix printers because the paper is fed as a long strand of sheets, not separate sheets).

The use of banners is obvious: make large signs letting the public know about specials, new movies or your store in general by advertising with a large, easy to see sign.

The use of cards may be less obvious. Since your store (and many others) give free rentals to customers on their birthday, and since the proposed software has a free birthday rental feature, you may want to print and mail a card to them wishing them a happy birthday as well as reminding them that they can come in and get a free movie that day (or, if you chose, send them a coupon for a free rental if you think many customers can't get to the store on their birthday. But be sure to turn off the free birthday rental feature, otherwise they may sneak two free rentals off of you!)
