264. Wilbert Watkins516 died on 17 June 1775 in USA, Massachusetts, Suffolk Co., Boston, at Breed's Hill.1085 Note: An elderly woman years ago who was descended from Lucy Alderman's brother, Hosea Alderman, said that Jonathan's father was Wilbert and that he died at Breed's Hill, but a list of men killed in that battle does not have him listed. Also, Jonathan is said to be a Quaker, and if they were Quakers, neither his dad nor him would have been in the Rev. War.

There is a record of son Jonathan's service in the Revolution, enlisting January 1778 with the Pennsylania Troops. The claim of being a Quaker is not verified. Posted by Elizabeth LaBozetta <labozetta@earthlink.net>on Jan 23, 1999
