David Cull was born about 1833 in Ireland.²³⁶ NOTE - Mary (Cull) Lockhart's story includes a brother David who had a daughter Ellen. The 1860 census included here is the only David Cull listed in NY. He is of a reasonable age to be a brother of Mary, b. Ireland, and has a daughter Ellen, a "little younger than Mary". Based on this I included the 1860 census record for David Cull which added wife Bridget and child Joseph. This assumption might be wrong.
