This page contains information on what happened at the Massacre of Wounded Knee, 1890. It contains an account from Philip Wells who was an Sioux interpreter for the army. It also contained some of the pictures we used on our site.

This book is a long story about the lives of the Indians. This book contains letters, quotes, diary excerpts, and tells a story about growing up during this time.

This page told of the events that took place at Wounded Knee. It allowed us to see what someone else thought about the events at Wounded Knee and it also had some information on the Siege at Wounded Knee.

This page was good because it had an interview with Richard Means. It also had a video of a ceremony that took place during the siege.

This book focuses on the trials following the siege of Wounded Knee. It details the challenges faced to protect the Native Americans, who where viewed by many as villains who were lead by the American Indian Movement. This book tells about the lawyers who help defend the Native Americans and the battles that were fought in the courtroom.

The Indian Trust fund was set up to manage money the government didn't think indians could manage. It was recently revealed that most of the money is missing and has been missing for years.

The Native Americans Rights Funds were set up to help Native Americans recover money lost in the Indian Trust Fund. This site gave us information about the money that was lost and what people are doing about it.

This site was setup to help Native Americans recover the money lost in the Indian Trust Fund. It helped us see what steps people are taking to recover the lost money.
