Let us host your wedding or other special event along the banks of the Russian River from May through October. Our property can accommodate groups of up to 100 people in numerous outdoor settings.

General Fees and Requirements - Large Events:

We typically book event weekends six months to a year in advance. Therefore, it is important to contact us very early on when planning yours. Due to the small size of our property, all large events must commit to renting all of our 11 rooms for a minimum of 2 or 3 nights. Our event fees are due at the time an agreement is signed and are non-refundable. Our lodging requires a refundable deposit of one-half at the time of agreement and all lodging guests will receive a 10% discount. Additional liability insurance requirements also apply.

Special Event Fee • Weddings, Commitments & Receptions:     June thru Sept. $ 2,500   May & October. $ 2,000 • Other Private Events:     Any Month (based upon number of hours) $ 500 & up Minimum Stay Requirement • May thru October (Holidays excluded) 2 Night Min. Small Wedding Ceremony Packages: This is designed for wedding events of 25 or fewer guests and lasting 3 hours or less from setup to tear down all within a specific window of time. There is no requirement for lodging, however any guests wishing to stay will be entitled to a 10% lodging discount. • Weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun) $ 500 • Midweek (Mon thru Thurs) $ 250
