Introduction

The Host owns San Francisco. Golden Gate Park is a large tethter to Novalis, and between her, Zadkiel, and Marc, San Francisco is solidly watched over by the angels.

The Host, however, does not own the East Bay. Oh, the Bay Bridge isn't all that long, and the angels could very easily cross over. But some Archangels think that perhaps they don't do so quite enough.

And so, a few have decided that it's time to start dipping a few more toes into the East Bay, to see if the Host's control of San Francisco could be extended across the Bay.

(Exactly what form that toe-dipping will take will depend on just who the PCs in the game are, and which Superiors they serve. I'd like to shape the initial plot to match the PC's and/or the players' desire. If, say, they all want to play angels of Creation trying to track down Eli, we can go for it. If they want to play a Triad of Judgement, we'll go for that. Or, if they want to be three angels of assorted Superiors assigned to go and see what they can do on Earth to further their respective causes, we'll go for that.)
