A Zen master was asked, "Are there differences among religions?" He replied, "For those who have not realized their
religion, there are differences. For those who have realized their religion, there are no differences."
The religion I seek to realize is Zen Buddhism, curved around my pagan ancestry, Christian culture, & Native
American soil. Questioning the ecocrisis as a spiritual dilemma comes with smelling the air. To follow the scent, I
improvise an iconography where religious traditions converge in the sacredness of nature.
