Possible Green-winged Teal Intergrade

This bird was found by Ruth Rudesill on 1/10/13.
The reduced white stripes on its sides (similar on both sides) and pale facial markings suggest that this could be a hybrid between the Eurasian and American subspecies of Green-winged Teal.
