Please....fill in the following form, with the name you want to call the game (remember the name because you can use it to play your game from any computer on the internet), and the questions and answers you want in it.
You have to fill the questions and answers in an exact way, otherwise you will not get the results you expected. It's easy--the questions and answers have to be:
1. in the same order
2. separated by commas
Please do not
use any punctuation or numbers in the answers and no commas or double quotes in the
question!

For your games protection, once a game has been made it can not be changed. Please, spend a little time and make a list of questions and answers on a separate document. Save them as TEXT ONLY WITHOUT LINE BREAKS! Copy and paste them into the appropriate box on the form
