International Service - Chairperson: David Mark Raymond

The International Service Committee selects projects to support that are outside the boundaries of the United States of America. The Sunrise Club has four projects that it supports:

Clean Water in VietNam in association with the East Meets West Foundation
Rotary Project Amigo in Colima, Mexico in association with Rotary Project Amigo
Project Sunrise House in Fort Portal, Uganda in association with Uganda Childrens Fund
Traditional Birth Attendant Project (TBA Project) in association with Planet Care and Global Health Access Program

The Club supports member and community involvement in each of these projects through fund raising, visits to the project areas, and work projects at the Rotary Project Amigo.

This year we want to:

Extend the clean water project to a new area and involve more Rotary Clubs.
Involve Club members in the work projects coming up.
Help open Sunrise House open for its first residents by supporting the renovation of the house that was purchased for the project.
Sponsor at least one TBA Team in Burma.
