I. CALL TO ORDER

The properly agendized meeting was called to Order by President Victoria Wikle at 6:45 p.m.

II. PUBLIC COMMENT (6:45 p.m.)

(None.)

III. CLOSED SESSION (7:20 p.m.)

At 6:46 p.m. the Board went into Closed Session. At 7:50 p.m., the meeting reconvened and President Wikle announced the following action taken on the Closed Session item:

A. Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54957 – Public Employment: General Manager Interviews

Direction was given to staff.

ADJOURN

The meeting adjourned at 7:52 p.m.
