I. CALL TO ORDER

The properly agendized meeting was called to Order by President Victoria Wikle at 8:50 a.m.

II. PUBLIC COMMENT (8:50 a.m.)

(None.)

III. CLOSED SESSION (8:52 a.m.)

At 8:52 a.m. President Wikle announced the item for discussion in Closed Session. At 8:53 a.m., the Board went into Closed Session. At 4:25 p.m., the meeting reconvened and the following action on Closed Session items was announced:

A. Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54957 – Public Employment: General Manager: Oral Interviews

Direction was given to Recruiter Regan Williams.

The meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
