Duncans Mills is located in Sonoma County between Jenner and Monte Rio along the Russian River. The address is  25233 Steelhead Blvd., which is off Moscow Road off Highway 116.

To reach The Inn at Duncans Mills from the San Francisco Bay Area, take 101 North through Santa Rosa. Just north of Santa Rosa take the River Road exit and turn left (west) onto River Road. Head straight on through Guerneville (about 20 miles) to the town of Monte Rio. There is a little fork in the road by Monte Rio, where you will see a sign that says "Welcome to Monte Rio, Vacation Wonderland", but veer right and stay on Highway 116. Duncans Mills is only 4 miles past Monte Rio.

Turn left on Moscow Road, then right on Steelhead Blvd.  Follow Steelhead Blvd. past The Blue Heron Restaurant then turn right.  You'll find the Inn at Duncans Mills on your right.
