Our horses are the right combination of foundation quarter horse stock and modern quarter horse. With selective line breeding and out crosses, we like what we have and think you will too. Our desire is to produce a physically and mentally sound horse that is useable in or out of the arena.

Our horses have the willingness to please, the intellect to understand, the speed to make it happen and the endurance to keep doing it. It is proven by their usefulness on the ranch and it has been proven year after year in the show arena as cutters, working cow horses, reiners and ropers.

All of our horses are ranch raised and, from the beginning, learn to handle themselves in a natural setting. The youngsters are turned out to develop in the hills and lush pasture of our coastal ranch. As a result, the young horses are very adept at getting along and are savvy about negotiating varied terrain.

Our ranch horses are ridden out as soon as they can be and used for gathering and sorting. Riding the fences, moving cattle, opening and closing gates, and dealing with obstacles are part of the early training process we use with all of our horses.
