Andromeda Grew into a Growth Spiral

UV-andromeda  * Andromeda (M31) is the closest large spiral galaxy. In clear skies it is visible with bare eyeballs in the northern sky. A thousand years ago the Persian Al Sufi called it the 'little cloud'. A thousand years ago the Arabs drew it as an oblong series of lines on one of their star charts.

NASA's Swift satellite usually trains its UV / X-ray telescopes on the fading light of a distant gamma ray burst. In May, June and July of 2008 it used the idle time between GRBs to take 330 images of M31 with three ultra violet filters, 192.8, 224.6 and 260 nanometers. We usually only see light between 750 and 380 nm. The mosaic shows 20,000 UV sources such as round globular clusters that look like planets. It has a central bulge and long strings of stars that circle it in a thin disk spreading out like a snail's shell.

Why do spiral galaxies have a spiral disk? Astronomers speculate that dwarf galaxies formed from a big bang. Allegedly the dwarfs attracted each other and aggregated into larger galaxies. Even if the big bang, black holes and invisible matter are real, it is impossible to get a giant disk by aggregating small galaxies. Why can't scientists get their cosmic history from the visible record of how the galaxies formed, instead of mathematical speculations. Telescopes see galactic history at many ranges.

The problem with the visible history of the universe is that it contradicts the Western elementary assumption. Seven hundred years ago the Catholic scholastics adjusted Aristotle's idea that some attribute of all things is unchanging to - the essence of all substance is fixed. Over the centuries scientists invented their concepts of mass, energy and time with this elementary assumption. Modern scientists define their measuring units operationally with perpetual motion atoms. Since not a single ancient galaxy shone with the light of perpetual motion atoms, they are forced to invent magic. The vacuum of space-time is allegedly adjusting the frequencies of all ancient atomic clocks. Invisible matter allegedly far outnumbers the minuscule amounts of visible matter in the scientific universe. The scientific universe is 99% invisible: crammed full of undetectable vacuous forces to protect their assumption that the properties of matter are not emerging.

HUDF-4491 **  Scientists are blinded by their creed so that they are not able to accept galactic history. Primordial galaxies were tiny, naked and packed densely with stars. When we compare local spirals to distant galaxies at many ranges we see how they grew into huge growth spirals from the inside out. Here is a picture of Hubble Ultra Deep Field galaxy 4491. It has a spherical red ball like Andromeda's core. We see an equally spaced string of blue globular clusters beginning to spiral out. In Andromeda, we see how those blue clusters have spread out, rotated around more and accelerated out into a huge growth spiral made up of equally spaced blue star globs. The properties of all matter are always visibly emerging. The space matter takes up, the atomic frequencies and the inertial properties all change together - relationally - as galaxies grew into huge growth spirals.

Only biblical physics allows one to believe visible galactic history. Biblical physics is not a mathematically structured system. It simply accepts what the Bible says that the whole creation is in bondage to phthora - internal change. What is visible fits the simple grammatical words of the Bible  - that God continually calls the stars to come out.

Examine your elementary assumption, the foundation for your scientific reasoning. It is with this visibly false assumption that scientists reject the genealogies of all our ancestors and their accounts of the early Earth. Carefully test your elementary assumption with the light of reality!

* The UV picture of Andromeda is from NASA Swift satellite. It was assembled by Erin Grand, an undergraduate student at the University of Maryland.

** The picture of HUDF-4491 is from the Hubble Ultra Deep - a one million second exposure of the distant universe made in 2004.
