| Tagetes lemonii, shrubby evergreen perennial to 4-5’ tall, 6-8’ wide at maturity. Strongly fragrant, wispy foliage is completely covered with dense terminal sprays of small, single, brilliant golden yellow flowers with a hint of orange, to 1" wide. Heaviest bloom starts in late fall, extends through late spring. Attracts clouds of butterflies. Damaged below 25°F, but will come back quickly from the roots at 20°F.
