What I learned from the project: The most rewarding aspect of working on any project is working in close conjunction with an enthusiastic client to help achieve the client's website objectives. Listening to the needs of the client, respect for fellow teammates and their skills, close communication/coordination, and a common understanding of the goals are paramount for a successful conclusion. It's always a bonus if you can have a little fun along the way!

Project Role: I was the programmer. I debugged some HTML and JaavScript codes, and I conducted the testing for the Site.

What I learned from the project: It is fairly easy for a non-designer to understand why certain things are done because we want the Web site to look good. It is quite difficult for a non-programmer to comprehend how the site should be, and can be, streamlined and simplified. It is interesting to watch human nature manifest itself. I think we should have another role in all the teams: Philosopher
