Bill Arns: billarns@sonic.net, (707) 792-6811

Employment Objective: Web programming working for a stable company or I would like to be a partner with a good designer.

Skills: Perl, JavaScript, Java, HTML and soon ASP programming. I enjoy programming a great deal. I also have experience in network installation, basic computer maintenance and repair. I have taught myself most of my computer skills and backed it up with formal education. I have experience in various database applications.

Courses: Programming Languages: Perl, Java, C++ and some older languages; BASIC, Fortran and Pascal. Business of Web Design, HTML, SQL, Access, Intro to Telecommunications, Unix.

Project Role: Project manager for The Friends of the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport site. This required planning meetings, interacting with the client and team and refining our goals.

What I learned from the project: I learned a lot about coordinating tasks among team members. I really prefer a more "hands-on" job than was required as a project manager, but I am sure that the lessons I have learned can be applied to any future tasks requiring team work.

Project Role: Web Designer for the Friends of the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport web site. I Designed the mockups, started the templates, wrote the code for the meta tags, and started the external cascading style sheet for the text, headings, and links.

What I learned from the project: I learned it is very important to have a contract for web site creation, with time limits for content delivery. I also learned Dreamweaver doesn't automatically format the CSS for the links in the proper order. Working with my class team was rewarding and a great deal of fun.

Cameron Huff: cameronh@pacbell.net, (707) 794-0137

Employment Objective: Part-time contract work in web or database programming.

Skills: ASP, Javascript, HTML, SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft FoxPro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, C++, Palm database forms

Courses: Computer Science Fundamentals I & II, JavaScript, ASP, HTML I & II, Photoshop Beg & Inter, Illustrator Beg, Business of Web Site Production, SQL.

Project Role: Programmer and content developer.

What I learned from the project: I learned design takes the most time even when the site has a simple appearance and complex programming in the background. The visual component is the most difficult to finalize.
