Employment Objective: I am interested in Web development and Graphic Design. I would like start working with a Web Development & Graphic Design Company. The most important factor for me to work with professional, energetic, interesting and well skilled people who I can learn from and gain a better understanding of the web & graphic design business.

Skills: CSS,CGI,FTP,Photoshop 6.0,PageMaker,Illustrator 9.0,HTML, DHTML, ImageReady, Dreamweaver 4.0,Flash 5.0, Visual Basic 6.0 MS Word, Power Point. PC and Mac platforms. Educational experience with installation, use and administration of Windows NT Server & Workstation. Experience in assembling PC's from components; motherboard, cards, drives, RAM, etc.

Courses: I am in the process of finishing the Web & Graphic Design certification program at Santa Rosa Junior College. Iāll be in the Spring 2002 internship program.

Project Role: I was a project manager for this project. I assigned necessary tasks, developed timeline for the project, implemented strategies, managed communications between team members as well as between clients and team.

What I learned from the project: This project was a great learning experience. Being project manager isn't an easy job because of many reasons. When dealing with a mix of people and skills it is not always easy to predict who will be able to accomplish their tasks within a given time frame. But I also think it is very interesting because I have been involved in all aspects of the web building process and I worked with everyone on the team very closely on the project. Being a project manager gave me many interesting experiences and ideas. I have learned about web development business and how to deal with extreme situations. Our project was bombarded with all kind of problems and I proud that my team and I were able to handle it right.

Skills: Proficient in PhotoShop 6, Flash 5, Illustrator 9, Painter 6, Dreamweaver 3, HTML, PowerPoint, FTP, minimal experience in PageMaker 6.5, CSS and Forms. Thirty years in accounting with supervisory experience. Detail oriented, energetic, multi-tasking,and high volume expertise. Knowledge of a multitude of Accounting software packages, Excel and Word skilled in personnel training and support.

Courses: Into PhotoShop, Intermediate PhotoShop, Beg & Adv Web Graphics, Principles of Screen Design, Beg & Adv Illustrator 9, Into Telecommunications, Beg & Adv Flash 5, Beg & Adv HTML, Computer Graphic Concepts, Beg Dreamweaver, Business of Web Design, Painter 6, and Beginning Painting. Bookkeeping, Business Math, and Financial Accounting.

Project Role: Designer, worked with the client to define the market and the look and feel of their choice for the Web Site. Provided Graphics for the site. Created a multitude of Mock-Ups. Created the template and aided the CD as problems aroused. Worked closely with the Project Manager and at times carried the role of Assistant Project Manager.

What I learned from the project: My design skills were greatly improved. I learned how to problem solve and how to organize and schedule myself to meet deadlines that seemed impossible. I learned that I am capable of tackling unknown territory and self teach when necessary to accomplish the task at hand. Teamwork can be an enriching experience, a team of individuals can accomplish great things.

Project Role: I am participating in the project as a content developer in two different teams.

What I learned from the project: Experience of "Direct connect Contact" with client, Tricks ,tips and weakness of Dreamweaver Program
