Project Role: As the Project Manager I organized the proposal, designed and built the project site, encouraged the team, communicated the deadlines and watched the details. As the designer I created the look and feel of the website based on our client’s goals and objectives, designed mock-ups based on client criteria, generated storyboard content and developed the second level page template as well as the index page.

What I learned from the project: I learned how to use ImageReady seamlessly with Dreamweaver. I learned some advanced techniques using cascading style sheets. I learned that I prefer having a content developer instead of doing it all myself :-)

Employment Objective: I am looking for a position in web development as a content developer and/or web maintenance.

Skills: I have advanced skills in HTML coding, tables and forms design. I have experience with Dreamweaver 4.0 and Photoshop 6.0. I have excellent communication and problem solving skills in a multi-task oriented environment.

Courses: I have completed the following courses: Beginning and Advanced HTML coding, Web Content Development, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Windows Dos Command Basics, Networking Theory and Practicum, Telcommunications Data and Hardware. I also have completed coursework in Office 97 applications.

Project Role: I am the Content Developer for the ACLU project. I developed the deliverables and storyboard for the Client Proposal. It was my responsibility to create forms for annual dinner and Get involved pages. I also created the Essay Contest Page, Contest Resources and Bill of Rights. I directed the Classmage Testing project and Client Manual. I was responsible for the client manual layout format, index, cover page, Intro and prepareation and formatting of the entire client manual.

What I learned from the project: I learned the importance of communication with the client and team project members, organization, prioritization to meet deadlines.

Employment Objective: Seeking a position with a progressive Internet company where my skills as a web programmer and content developer can be utilized with room for advancement as education, training and skills are acquired.

Skills: I am proficient in HTML, JavaScript and Dreamweaver and knowledgeable in PhotoShop and Networking. Proven ability to analyze and effectively resolve programming problems that arise. Highly motivated and dependable to achieving set goals. Work effectively both as a team member and individually.

Courses: HTML (I and II), JavaScript, Networking Essentials (both Theory and Practicum), Introduction to Unix, Introduction to Photoshop, MS Dos, Telecommunications, Computer Science Fundamentals.

Project Role: As the Content Developer, I worked with the Project Manager and the client to collect all content that was to be included. I created the shell site, as well as formatted, proofread and edited the content. I added content to the template in order to make the transition from template to live site. I worked on portions of the proposal and the client manual.

What I learned from the project: I learned the importance of working effectively on a team, and the significance of communication not only between the team and the client but the team itself.
