This included creating a communication strategy between all team members and the client, setting up meetings and making sure that all tasks were completed within the scope of our project and on time.

What I learned from the project: There are several things I learned while working on this project: I learned the importance of starting a project with specific goals and objectives. I also learned how to work in a team as a leader and how to let go and allow some things to progress on their own. Probably the most valued lesson I learned is the importance of recognizing a problem early on and effectively confronting it!

While this is difficult to achieve and more taxing to the team, it is through these difficult times we as individuals can improve one’s own character and fortitude. The end result is learning and personal enrichment.
