Weekly Schedule and Milestones

Week 1 - Class gets organized and teams are assigned

Week 2 - Team meets and prepares client questions, PM contacts client and sets up first meeting

Week 3 - First Client Meeting (milestone)

Week 4 - PM works on strategic brief, DES works on mock ups, CD creates storyboard and places any content onto the shell site PRGM prepares technical brief

Week 5 - 40% of content produced by client (milestone)

Week 6 - Designers present mockups to instructor (milestone)

Week 7 - PM works on workchart, timeline, contract and bid, DES works on mock ups, CD creates delieverables and production standards and places any content onto the shell site, PRGM prepares technical brief and contacts server system administrator, they may also prepare sample scripts.

Week 8 - Present Web Proposal to instructor (milestone) 100% of content due (milestone)

Week 9 - Client signs off on proposal (milestone)

Week 10 - Client signs off on shell site (milestone) Template code is complete and production begins (milestone)

Week 11-14 - Produce site

Week 14 - Testing begins (milestone) begin with class and hardware

Week 15 - Test with client and typical users

Week 16 - Fix any problems testing reveals

Week 17 - Testing ends (milestone)

Week 18 - Final Exam - Handoff site to client (milestone)
