Project Role: As the project designer I created the overall look and feel of the entire website, including color scheme, graphics, and manipulated images, photography, typography, and layout. I was responsible for creating the mock-ups and templates. What I learned from the project: I gained valuable experience in web site development from planning and organizing to completion. How to listen to a client and plan a website that successfully met their goals and visually reflected the organizational image. I enjoyed participating in a team effort.
Nicolas Yanez: ny@sonic.net, 707-591-0585 Employment Objective: I want to be have a steady job in the future, something with computers, and make web pages on the side or maybe even full time.. Skills: I am proficient in HTML, 3d studio max, photoshop, dreamweaver, Go Live, a little Flash, I know CSS, SSI, and other things that im sure im not mentioning.. Courses: Ive just started so ive only taken, intro to telecommunications, html beginning and advanced, web content practicum(still in) and i think thats all the computer classes so far, but i have other class not relevent.. Project Role: i was content developer, i was the person to imput all the information to the site, i was also responsible for most of the planning, in the storyboard, list of deliberabls, but mostly just to review the content and finish off the site, also write some CSS too.. What I learned from the project: I learned a lot of good communtinication skills, esp with my team members, i learned a few lessons too, like keep my time counted because it will be paid for by the hour. I also just learned over all feeling of how this is industry works.. I learned a whole bunch of things. I learned the ways of working with a group, i learned that this really takes dedication, more than what i was putting in it. And a learned just to relax and trust myself.. |
