Project Role: I was delegated the role of "Project Manager". I set up the appointments with the client, kept track of the time line, created the schedule, kept the lines of communication flowing, and assisted in making decisions when the project wasn't flowing as had been planned. I also did the HTML programming.

What I learned from the project: I had the wonderful experience of working with talented team members who were gifted in areas I was not. I learned about coordinating efforts towards a single goal when all of the decisions are not mine to make. I also learned about creating a product as best as possible when sometimes the components were not delivered or were not what was expected. I learned that Linda Hemenway has more energy than 3 normal people and that she speaks at twice the speed of sound ! I also had the delight of watching other teams creating wonderful web creatings from nothing but ideas.
