Project Role: This project was developed for TSRN by a team of 2; myself, as Project Manager and Graphic Designer, and the technical programmer. I designed the site and navigational structure, created all the graphics, maintained client contacts, assembled the project proposal and presentation, kept the project on task, and assisted in the HTML coding.

What I learned from the project: It was very valuable to me to experience working within a team, as the project manager, & working with the client. The formal proposal presentation taught me how to prepare a professional package.

What I learned from the project:
1. Make sure the other people on your team know the software before you make them use it. =)
2. It is possible to take a small amount of information & fluff it up to make it seem larger.
3. Trust your project manager.
4. You can warn your client before they do something, uh, less effective with their web site, but you can't stop them.
5. It's harder than it seems.
