Client Meetings:
It's been good. We mostly always email and usually have something to catch up on each week.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The content was always pretty much there, because the client already had a website and was satisfied with the content. So it was easy to get what little was still required.
Client/Team Interactions:
No problems. She is just letting us work, which is what we want.

There hasn't been a need to email the client about the IMD projects, everything is going smoothly there. PM has recently been to a meeting with the client about the programming needs. When I've emailed client I hear back from her in a timely manner.
Meeting Accomplishments -
As I'm working on the video and other IMD projects I might find that there are some things which can be added/updated upon. I have discussed with my PM about the possibility of making a few more trips to Petaluma for IMD content.
Client/Team Interactions:

Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization has gone well. The loose ends are which images will be used in the gallery page, the slide show on the index page, and a few other pages in development. The client does know they need to notify the team of their image decision soon.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group has been interacting well with the client. Do not see any problems unless images are not chosen.

I actually have not had any contact with the client this past week. I have been cc'ed on a few emails however.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Merith made some comments and they were sent in an email to all of us. I made a decision to add the content in as it was on the shell site then make changes. I need to work this way to preserve sanity!
Client/Team Interactions:
Lisa has been the primary one contacting Merith this past week. I think everything is going fine so far. I am completing pages section by section (main, then sidebars), rather than page by page. It seems to work for me.

Client Meetings:
I have had no direct communication with the client.
Other team members have obtained info for a few
items and relayed it to me. This was done via
e-mail.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Unfortunately, content is not yet fully finalized. All
needed text is finalized after few
items of text that were neglected were obtained from the
client. Thus, we are able to proceed using place holder
pictures for the time being.
However, very few of the picture selections have been
finalized. I have been told that other team members are
working this issue.
Client/Team Interactions:
We continue to interact well with the client.
I expect no problems as long as we as a team
resolve the picture issue soon.

Jennifer Maurer from the Horses Building Communities group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The last communication with the client was on April 3 by email. We have made changes and the client was commenting on the changes as she regularly visits the site to see how things are coming along. Caroline responded letting the client know what was going on and what to expect over the next few weeks.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We have received all of the content by April 1, 2012. We had only one small piece of content left that goes in the sidebar. The client also sent revisions to the content at this time. There are no loose ends. Everything is within our teams hands.
Client/Team Interactions:
We are interacting very well. Of course as we have everything that is needed from the client and we are in the production stage we have less communication with the client at the moment. The client is aware of what we are doing at this time and is patiently waiting for a finished product. I don't see any problems at this stage in the class.
Problems or Concerns:
Craig Stewart from the Martial Arts Youth Institute-MAYI group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Very limited communications at this point. Gathering final staff interviews and possibly some staff images. Communications have been via email mainly with team members about 1-2 times weekly.
Meeting Accomplishments -
CD is still working on finalizing content. Various pages need to be addressed just to develop overall look and feel since most of the content is already present. I would say most of the elements to the site have been obtained, just need to do to fine touches, enhancements here and there.
Client/Team Interactions:
Group continues to interact well with the client, no road blocks at this point. No problems at this stage just awaiting completion by CD and proceed to testing and hand off.

I can't speak for Dylan our CD, but I believe that the finalization of the content went well. He has assured me we have everything covered and accounted for.
Client/Team Interactions:
Things have been pretty quiet with our client during the last few weeks and I think this is actually a good thing. Everyone has been able to get their work done without having to answer a lot of questions or give unnecessary reassurances.
Problems or Concerns:
Alec Primavera from the Martial Arts Youth Institute group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report

My communication with the client has been by phone, email and in person. I am in contact with the client about 2 times a week.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Our client finished up going through the shell site just this last week and then there were some final changes that need to be implemented but they have been minimal. A few things here and there. The most challenging part for the team was getting a decision finalized, once that was done everything has gone fairly smoothly.
Client/Team Interactions:
We are still communicating well and I do not see any problems arising. I know that I have caused my Content Developers a little stress especially since I got a little behind. But We have a great team and they have been really supportive and on the ball with everything.

We have not needed contact with the client recently. I've had one email with her. All our content is installed and the client has proof-read it. Next we'll be communicating that everything looks the way she wants it before the testing and we're still in the process of installing the rest of the design and programming elements.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We are all set with the content.
Client/Team Interactions:
No problems. I believe all are clear on who needs to do what, including the client, so communication has been clear.
Problems or Concerns:
Ambrietta Gonzalez from the Extended Child Care group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I have not had any recent communication with the client. I have been communicating with the project manager, designer, and other content developer. The communication has been through email every couple of days and when questions arise.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization has been going well but I still need things clarified by the manager. There are things that I had ask for clarification and changes that where supposed to be given to me a couple of weeks ago. Things that the client had asked for I believe and modifications but again I am waiting to get that clarified.
Client/Team Interactions:
I do not see any issues arising with the client. The communication has been going well and no problems that I have heard of.

Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization of the content went well; we had all of the content a couple of day before the deadline. We do have a couple of outstanding questions about some of the download links and where to place them but Will Parks has an email into the client to clear that up.
Client/Team Interactions:
The team and the client are working together well. I was able to schedule a meeting with them without a hitch, which by the way went very well.

Meeting Accomplishments -
The last meeting we had we received all of the content we needed to develop our site. Roberto was still putting together some media for the site.

Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization of the content seems to be going fairly smoothly. Our content developers are good with follow-up and keep track of our client's many and ever-changing requests. From what I see, all seems to be going well.
Client/Team Interactions:
From the messages and communications I've been copied in, the interactions with client seems to be going well. I don't see any problems arising at this point in the class.

Client Meetings:
We met with the client last week In their office to go over the content for the new site. We set up the meeting with surprisingly only a few emails.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We left with approval of our content and site design. The client was asked to begin to test the forms and contacts within the new site and to check periodically it as we put it together. We feel we have all the content we need at this time and when the time comes for changes the client should be able to update the site on their own.
Client/Team Interactions:
We have had a good relationship with the client from the start. I don't see any problems arising at this point.

Meeting Accomplishments -
The content is finalized and is being plugged into the template. Some images were missing and we found them online. We also had to re-size some images. The PDF forms and word docs were given out to each content developer in charge.
Client/Team Interactions:
At this point the client is pretty quiet, seems happy with the proposal and is waiting to see the final product. I don't foresee any problems.

I met with Ed Hoener (face to face) last week, we've had multiple emails regarding the testimonials, the videos and I also provided him a stus report regarding Suan & Kevins production progress.
I was at the hanger on Saturday shooting a testimonial with a woman who was rescued and coordinated the next shoot with Debbie & Paul when I was at the hanger.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We're in good shapre so far, Kevin and I are going to touch base after he goes over (with Susan) the design and the changes shes made, hopefully tomorrow.
I'll also double check with Kevin regarding the phrase changes that Dan was going to provide Kevin. I think that Dan has already provided them to Kevin, but I'll double check.
Client/Team Interactions:
I think we're doing pretty good.
I'm hoping that once we can show Ed and Dan some of the progress that Susan & Kevin have made, we'll have a better idea regarding any potential problems.

Client Meetings:
Communication with the client has been accomplished via email at least 2x per week. The Emails have been very detailed.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Content was finalized smoothly, with no outstanding elements, just outstanding issues. However, getting the content into the templates has slowed because of compressed schedules and personal crises. We are all working through the delays with understanding.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group is still interacting with the client professionally, and with flexibility. And the client is still interacting with us the same way, professionally and with flexibility. We are still experiencing problems with unforeseen project delays. As those delays smooth out, our hope is that the project itself will begin to come back into focus.
Problems or Concerns:

Client Meetings:
We continue to have email communication with the client as well as face to face meetings. The PM, I believe sends weekly updates, but I'm not sure what those consist of.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Finalization of content - well, actually, I think that went very similarly to many of the processes so far. Originally, we thought all was very organized and content was primarily in early. Just like the design snags we had at the last minute, it seemed to me like a lot of content started changing and more was being asked of our team at very late stages in the game. This made it particularly difficult for our designer b/c not only did she have to make continuous changes to the design, but also had to repeatedly update the storyboard. In the end, this project has not turned out at all as I expected.
Client/Team Interactions:
As far as I can tell, communication with the client continues along the same path. We maintain professional relationships and communication. However, I think we are not as eager to bend over backwards for the client as perhaps we were early on.

Client Meetings:
Same as usual, mostly through email, phone and pace top face with the client every other week. It is working well.
Meeting Accomplishments -
It went well. Had to pare the client back a bit on additional pages, but they were understanding. We did lose our CD and PROG so it has been a change in gears. The client is informed and understanding, we meet with them again Friday 15th.
Client/Team Interactions:
Interaction with the clinet is good. Several hundred emails, so we are definitely talking and progressing. Lost our PROG and CD has us rushing around a bit on the content, but I think we will be fine.

Main communication has been via e-mail and telephone, and has occurred whenever there is uncertainty of content or design.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Finalization of the content started out a little bumpy but after a very productive phone call to the client all loose ends where tied and any missing content was added.
Client/Team Interactions:
I think the group is interacting well with the client the only problems that seem to be arising are within the group but are being hashed out.

Client Meetings:
Most of our communication has been done via email.
Aside from a couple of business trips and a problem with his email account, we've had a very good rapport with our client.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We've had no problems with our content. Earlier in the process, our CD noticed that we didn't have as much as we thought we did. He spoke with our client and received the remaining amount before it ever became a problem.
Client/Team Interactions:
No problems here.
Problems or Concerns:
Michael Wheeler from the CS Department Videos group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report

Client Meetings:
We have been in email contact with the client several times and have set up a face to face meeting for Thursday of this week. Even though the client has been busy with some projects, she is still responsive.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Most everything has been located. We have some small things to finalize at Thursday's meeting.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group is interacting well with the client. We do not see any problems at this stage.
Problems or Concerns:
Barbara Evans from the 4Paws group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We had a lot of email with the client leading up to the web proposal meeting which we held via skype. Our project manager sent an email to the client after, informing her of our being in production mode.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization of the content seemed very busy due to so many content emails. There were many, many emails from our client with edited and unedited sections, piece by piece that came in. The client had a board member leave, so she then had to go through all the pictures and remove any that were taken by this member or featured this member's dog. This was also done piece by piece. Then a new picture had to be selected and prepared.
Now that most pages are populated, some of the sidebar content is not there. I'm thinking I should ask the client if we can get that. Otherwise, the client will have to add that after the hand-off.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group is interacting well with the client. All of us are professional and supportive. The client continues to express their delight and gratitude for our team's work.
I don't foresee any problems at this stage.
Problems or Concerns:
James Anderson from the Resurrection Roller Girls group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The communication between the client and I have been primarily emails. We have had two face to face with the client, the initial meeting and the signing of the proposal.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We were finally able to get as much content from the client as we could. The client was made aware of when the content was due on March 10th at the proposal meeting and agreed to get the content to us by the week of March 14th. Unfortunately this stretched on till the week of April 4, which has really delayed the project. We are still missing the team photos for the roster page. I have suggested using an icon for a place holder but I guess that idea is still being discussed by the client and the designer.
Client/Team Interactions:
I am not aware how much interaction is happening between the the CD and IMD and the client. The designer and I have had contact with the client. I am concerned about how much direction has been given to the CD from the Designer. Due to the lack of a strong communication connection between the team and me, I'm not really sure where we are in this stage of the class. Though I have consistently tried to follow the progression.
Problems or Concerns:
Christopher Berggren from the St. Vincent Elementary group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have not had a lot of communication with our client recently as we have been in production. David (our PM)has been in communication with her via email. Now that we have something online to show her I imagine we will be communicating with her more frequently.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Basically yes, we have all of the content we need. If she comes up with any more content I feel that it's really too late. She can always add/change content in the future herself.
Client/Team Interactions:
There should be no problems.
Problems or Concerns:

Client Meetings:
A lot of communication by email, a few face to face meeting and phone calls. We email at least once per week.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We have all of the text content, and are waiting for a few images to be used on the secondary pages. They are supposed to supply those tomorrow (4/12).
Client/Team Interactions:
We are all interacting well. It has been a pleasure working with my team and the client!
Problems or Concerns:
Caroline Quintanilla from the Birth Psychology group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The Team has had several face-to-face meetings with the client, a couple of meetings face-to-face with portions of the team, and many emails. Our primary mode of communication is email. Most weeks we have several contacts with the client during the week. She has questions for us or we need additional information to complete a piece of the project.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We ran in to one glitch with the content for conferences on the current site. This has no consistency and is in several different formats. I think we have this solved---we will move forward with the information from this year's conference and the structure of the site will (hopefully) keep everything in the same format for future years. Other than that, we have all the content (100's of articles and pieces of information) from the current site. It's imported and in the process of being formatted to work with the new content management system.
Client/Team Interactions:
At this point, I don't see any problems with interactions between the client and the team.

We've been communicated at the same, consistent rate for the last few weeks now. One of our members has found herself limited in communication, but we're coping for the moment. Lately our weekly meetings have been conducted through text chat, which has worked fine for what we needed to get done.
Meeting Accomplishments -
There was one thing we discovered about the content last minute (because there's so much of it) that we had to discuss with the client. We have everything and it's all finalized. The thing is, it's a lot.
Client/Team Interactions:
I see no problems arising.
Problems or Concerns:

Our team decided to have another team meeting before the production.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We are a little behind the deadline and have to modify the template before the production.

Problems or Concerns:

Meeting Accomplishments -
It took some patients. Ani has a lot of content and wants it all on the site. There are a few pages that will not be created as Ani did not have the time to gather the info needed.
Client/Team Interactions:
Ani perfers email so that how everyone is interacting. We've had a few issues, but so far have so good
Problems or Concerns:
Mary Neal-Norton from the H4H Sonoma County group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
With so many people involved on both sides and the lack of
response we were getting at first, we decided that we would
have all communication go through our PM to avoid redundancy
and client overload. That has worked extremely well; Sarah
is an excellent manager and got everything running smoothly.
We were fortunate that the client contact (Kathy Fong) was
also very together and did a great job of getting her staff
to get us what we need and overseeing that all was going well.
Meeting Accomplishments -
That has been fine. Our designer, IMD, and Programmer also
kept in good contact with the client and our PM and we have
usually been given what we need promptly. There was one
problem, I believe, with the photo gallery pictures but I
think it was resolved quickly when Sarah and Kathy Fong were made aware of it. I'm not really too sure about that.
Client/Team Interactions:
I see no problems at all. As stated above, the client rose
to the occasion. It was great to have resourceful, efficient
people as managers on both sides.
Problems or Concerns:

Client Meetings:
Most of our communication with the Client has been through Email. Our PM has spoken over the phone a few times, getting answers to relevant questions and keeping our client up to date with the progress of the build. Our client has been out of town intermittently over the past few weeks so our communication has been sporadic.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Content has been very thorough up to this point. There are no loose ends that I can see or foresee at the moment.
Our team has a large reserve of images provided from our client as well as taken by our IMD.
Client/Team Interactions:
Our client is very easy going and a pleasure to work with. I get the impression that they are very appreciative of the service they are receiving.
I do not foresee any problems at this time.
Problems or Concerns:
Jane Daniel from the Petaluma Recycling Center group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I have not had any contact with the client since our last report. I will be submitting my finished 2nd level page and home page for his review this week.
We have a couple changes since the approved design:
1) We do not have a working search and I will replace the void on the top navigation line with a facebook tag line, "follow us on facebook" in addition to the planned facebook icon.
2) I have added a brown background color to surround the webpages. I have used the color as the highlight color too for "span" tags instead of the bright red. I also toned down the red even more.
So, I want to get the client's approval on these changes.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I have everything I need to finish my assignments, but I am not sure if Kevin received everything he needs for all the pages.
Client/Team Interactions:
I don't see any problems with the client. I think we need to finish the pages per the schedule.
I do have to adjust the template slightly. I have corrected the images used in the header but they were difficult to get right due to the rotation. So, I overlayed one of the images on to the header image and therefore I am removing it from the content html.
Problems or Concerns:

I have sent emails and made phone calls to the client. I will be seeing the client tomorrow to pick up images for their site.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The only content missing at this point are some images for the home page slide show and images for the secondary pages. I will pick up a cd at the clients office tomorrow.
Client/Team Interactions:
Our team communicates very well with the client and each other. We are a little behind at the moment but we have all been communicating so that we can stay on top of things and get caught up.
Problems or Concerns:

Client Meetings:
Our team has had an excellent relationship with our client. We have met three times and communicate via e-mail several times a week. We are scheduled to meet again with our client on Thursday to review the pages and get her final input.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We have almost all of the content, though there are still a few questions/loose ends regarding pictures. We are scheduled to meet with the client this coming Thursday to review and finalize each page.
Client/Team Interactions:
We have had an awesome relationship with our client. She has been responsive, helpful and excited about the project. I don't see any problems arising at this stage of the class.
Problems or Concerns:
Emelina Minero from the La Voz group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We've communicated via face to face meetings, via Skype, email, and phone. We have communicated frequently throughout the whole process. Each of us has communicated with Ani individually and as a group. Cecelia also sent her group updates about what was going on to keep Ani in the loop throughout the process.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization of the content wasn't smooth, but it's doable. It has been hard getting concrete answers from our client. We have enough content, but not all the content that was discussed from the beginning. We have all the images, etc, but we pulled everything from the site, so the images are not the originals, and the pdfs are the ones that we took from the site directly.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group has been interacting well with the client. We all communicate with her and communicate well with her. There have been some communication problems in respect to her not understanding things, and we've had to explain the same thing about 9 times. For example, the concept of the template pages and how the page expands and contracts depending on the amount of content put onto the page, and how she can put as much content as she wants on a page. That's not that big of an issue, but it was still important for us to explain things like that to her so she could understand that she was able to get what she wanted and that she would be able to do what she wanted.
We've also had problems with her in that she's kind of stubborn. I've always been taught that the client is always right, but I've learned from this class that the client is not always right, although we do want to appease the client.
If there were any problems it would revolve around our client not liking how the read la voz pages are laid out, and how she's not getting all of the content she wanted in there. I think how we're laying it out is better and cleaner for the site, but she may be frustrated when she sees those pages.
Problems or Concerns:
Dian Ross from the Roller Derby group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I have been working with the client over e-mail and instant messager over the last week. Using IM has greatly increased the responce time from the client. I was able to post changes to the student site and they were able to comment imediatly. The clients I've been working with have been responsive in a timely manner and gave great feedback.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I have identified elments for the homepage (code links to social media sites) that the client can only supply. I have also come to realize that just because the client provied you with photos for the site, their relavance is important and the client needs to make clear what images go with what pages (at least for our client). I wish I could have meet more with the client and poured over their content before I started designing the site.
Client/Team Interactions:
As I see it only the PM and I have been interacting with the client. I think I'm the only one that has talked on the phone on a weekly bases with the client in regards to their site and the progress of it. The client has expressed some confusion about deadlines, but we usually get it sorted it out.

The group is interacting with the client well and I don't see any problem arising at this time.
Problems or Concerns:
Sarah Fogarty from the Habitat for Humanity group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I had a lot of communication with the client this week, including a face-to-face that lasted about 45 minutes. We also exchanged numerous emails.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The client finally took the time to look at the working site in a critical way, which resulted in some small changes, which we were grateful to receive. Mostly typos, a few misspellings, a quick updated bit of information. Nothing difficult or major. There were a few small design issues, which have been worked out. I am not certain if all the images are accessible to the designers, as the images are not yet on the site, but I have been assured there is no problem. I explained to the client that we were past deadline for content but would give her a little leeway as we were still working on the site, but she told her staff the content was frozen; she was tougher about the deadline than I was.
Client/Team Interactions:
I think the team is working well with the client. I do not see any problems arising at this point.
Problems or Concerns:
Susan Brennan from the Habitat for Humanity group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The communication has been face-to-face and email. My communication comes from our PM who works directly with client on issues involving the entire team. Anything the client needs is passed along to correct team member.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Loose ends are being tied up now. Client is in process of
locating small edits and missing content if any.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group as a whole is interacting well - mostly through PM who passes issues along to us. Entire team is responsive. Designer is doing final tweaking of details. No problems.
Problems or Concerns:
Dennis Bolt from the NAMI Sonoma County group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We use email 90% of the time. We have met twice, and have a third meeting this week to look at real pages with content and finalize some issues.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Content was delivered well, but we need to decide on final images on pages and some navigation questions, as well as forms etc.
Client/Team Interactions:
Great interaction. I am a bit nervous about the handoff and the upkeep since we ended up doing this as html/css rather than a CMS. But our client seems pretty savy and young, so she probably can handle it better than we can;-)
Problems or Concerns:
Noah Freitas from the Birth Psychology group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We continue to have about weekly email communication with the client and have met in person at least three times.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The last of the content types are being finalized and the content placed in Drupal.
Client/Team Interactions:
Internal group and group to client interactions continue to be very good.
Problems or Concerns:
Imelda Guzman from the Redwood Empire Food Bank group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The communication between the team and client has been through email and continues to be our main form of communication. Everyone involved seems to like this method because it currently works.
Meeting Accomplishments -
As far as I know the team has all the content for producing the pages. We had an unfortunate event where our team just lost our CD and now the Designer and PM are working to produce pages. I won't know if we are missing content but I'm sure it will not be a problem to get it from the client if need be.
Client/Team Interactions:
Interactions are good. My only concern is the client possibly getting upset if we are unable to deliver what we promised. Our CD was also our Programmer for the team and he was working on scripts for the site.
Problems or Concerns:
William Batten from the La Voz group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We've had just two face to face meetings with the client as a group. The PM and programmer, Cecilia and Debra have had telephone calls with the client. Mainly, I just communicate with the rest of the group via meetings, email and facebook on a daily basis. I did ask the client in an email to give me a new image and she did that pretty quickly.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The client was late getting us the content and continues to be non-committal on some of the aspects of it. We've had to change certain parts of the site because the client decided not to or just didn't get to producing content. But, on the other hand, the client did get an image I requested to me quickly by email.
Client/Team Interactions:
There was some confusion on whether we were going to include some archived photo galleries, but that's the only thing approaching a problem that we've had. I was concerned that the client might have expected this on her site and she would reject the new site out of dissatisfaction with the fact that the new one didn't include some things she wanted, but I'm fine with what the group decides to do on that.

We have had face to face meetings, phone calls and a plethora of e-mails. As a project manager, I average about 2-3 emails per week with client, perhaps more.
Meeting Accomplishments -
This project does not follow the standard protocol for this class. Therefore, the client as well as the instructor are "playing by ear." Any issues that have come up are being addressed so that future classes may not encounter these problems.
Client/Team Interactions:
There have been issues with one of the team members but the instructor will step in and try to resolve this later this week. Problems have already arisen and now we hope crisis intervention will take care of it.

Client Meetings:
I have had face to face, e-mail and phone contact with the client. Most of the recent correspondence with the client has been via e-mail.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization process went well. The only loose end recently was delivery of updated/ non-copyrighted photos of tools.
Client/Team Interactions:
There are only two people in our group and both of us interact with the client. I have not talked to the client in about 1.5 to 2 weeks. The last arranged meeting was between Mark and the client to pick up photos of tools the client had taken. The client has signed off on everything with the project and I don't see any problems currently.

We have had mostly email communication. We use the phone only to setup face-to-face meetings. We have had 3 face-to face meeting and emails a couple times a week.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Our content is mostly re-using the existing content. the tool images were just received about 1 week ago so we plan to use as many of those a we have time and the client do the the rest later.
Client/Team Interactions:
We have a small group, so the client interaction is pretty simple and informal. I am hoping the client can view the site in progress before we get much further.

Our team meets every Friday morning with Angie using Skype. We were excited to show her our progress so far and she likes it. At that point we had about 95% of the content completed (the remainder was completed later that day).
Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization of the content went well. The pictures are all there for the content, and Peter is working with Angie to obtain more images for the header display. Monte is also working with Angie on the right sidebar "advert" images and I am asking Angie for a few of the missing pdf files. Monte created a template with scripts for the new "tabs" pages and I learned how to put the content into them - it's always nice to learn something new! I will be working with Scott soon to create the pages with the history panel, donation video and interactive tour (multimedia pages).

We are all interacting well. Angie is very excited to be getting this new site, as she foresees easier access for viewers and potential for greater donations! And her new database will be easier for her to manage her daily job of maintaining the site and updating the information.
Problems or Concerns:
James (Jim) Anderson from the A Wildlife Exclusion Service group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Communication with the client has been through face to face, email and phone. Moderate frequency. Though in the past week I have not heard from the client after leaving a two messages, one to the voice machine and the other to a person in the office requesting the client to contact me on some questions I had.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We received the content quickly from the client and ran into a situation where we are going to have to create a couple more pages that we didn't realize until recently. We do have access to the additional content so I think we're doing ok.
Client/Team Interactions:
Interaction has been good up to recently where I haven't been able to reach the client...but will continue to try.
Problems or Concerns:
Holly Folendorf from the SRJC Music Department group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have met recently and also communicated through numerouse email.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Content is still being finalized; Joe has signed off on the shell site and Kerry and Corrine are getting the images finalized.
Client/Team Interactions:
Other that being behind we are doing fine.
Problems or Concerns:
Jarel Culley from the AIA Redwood Empire group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Our communication has been good. Email and face to face.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We still need to get a couple documents here and there. She double sent some stuff and didn't send others. Its just a couple minor things, such as PDF forms that need to be uploaded and linked to.
Client/Team Interactions:
I don't see any problems.
Problems or Concerns:
Jaena Bloomquist from the AIA group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Our communication with the client has been mostly email with regular in-person meetings. We are scheduled to meet with her again next week.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We are 99% done with the content, and after our group meeting this week will make sure there aren't any loose ends that have been left out.
Client/Team Interactions:
I don't see any problems; we have let the client know how much we can do and she has been understanding about it.
Problems or Concerns:
Lennie Briese from the AIARE group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have had meetings regualrly and we also have email communication.
Meeting Accomplishments -
There are a couple of small items we need to finalize.
Client/Team Interactions:
We are getting along great with the client. We don't talk as much as before because if the mode we're in, but have a meeting scheduled for next week to show her progress.
Problems or Concerns:
Maggie Gallotti from the birth psychology group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Most of it has been on Skype with one meeting in person and many emails.
Meeting Accomplishments -
So far, there aren't missing images. We will be spending more time on how to work with the pages that are 'php' pages.
Client/Team Interactions:
I don't see problems or know of any problems thus far.
Problems or Concerns:
Heriberto Villanueva from the APPPAH group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have done some email and used skype to communicate. We email frequently and we have a meeting via skype every Tuesday.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We have all the content available and we are working on the pages. All elements have been located.
Client/Team Interactions:
We answer all questions from client. I don't see any problems at all.
Problems or Concerns:
Damian Baker from the LITE Initiatives group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Recently, I have spoken to the client much more regarding the design of the site. We have had problems coming up with a final design, and had to avoid email communication so that we could hash out the what the client was asking for. It has been moving much more smoothly now.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We are still missing content, and have not received any images yet. There is a deadline of Friday for the written content, and the client is hoping to have the photos soon thereafter.
Client/Team Interactions:
Well, we have had plenty of problems up to now, but it appears that we have finally got it under control and have a common understanding now. The client has a very strong personality so it has made getting information or making suggestions difficult. But following our recent meetings, it appears that the group has discovered a worthwhile mode of communication that allows us to get the information that we need from the client.
Problems or Concerns:
Thomas Mcsweeney from the Sonoma County Museum group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Face to face to discuss final images for Slideshows. Email and phone contact regarding meeting times and feedback on Slideshow mock ups.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Again I'm still waiting on Eric Stanley, the Exhibitions & Collections Curator, to respond on one Slideshow with some caption information but overall finalization has gone well. Three out of four Slideshows are finalized and being inserted into the main site's pages.
Client/Team Interactions:
The Sonoma County Museum is very appreciative of our team's efforts and excited about the site we're building for them. There has been a request for a further item but as it came in past the content freeze date I had to decline as part of the team's promised deliverables.
Problems or Concerns:
Matthew Lane from the The RainTree Initiative group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Honestly, not that much. I've been too caught up in the production to really get a hold of him personally. I'm wrapped up in getting the job done, so I'm looking to my PM to get any concerns and comments from him to us.
Meeting Accomplishments -
This is somewhat complicated. All the content that we will be using is definitely in, but there have been some requests that had to be ironed-out. Other than that, we have a clear set of content that we've been given, and we'll be using that!
Client/Team Interactions:
It's probably not uncommon, but my biggest fear is that he simply doesn't enjoy the end-product that we produce.
Problems or Concerns:
Derek Bowker from the Sonoma County Reptile Rescue group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Communication has just been email, usually once a week to update on whats happening with the site.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Finalization took place before the proposal was signed as we currently have all the content as well as most of the sites web pages up.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group is interacting with the client well. If they have any questions they usually email her or meet her.
Problems or Concerns:
Austin Thom from the RECAMFT - Redwood Empire chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have had both face to face meetings (once every other week) and frequent exchanges of email (several a week).
Meeting Accomplishments -
It appears that all of the content has now been finalized, we just need to implement it. We also need to gather a few more stock images, which I think falls to Kathy, but she has been doing an excellent job so I don't forsee any problems.
Client/Team Interactions:
I thinks group-client interaction has gone very well, no notable disputes or disagreements.
Problems or Concerns:
Stefan Fanslow from the RECAMFT group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
we've had email communication mostly. next to that we've had communication through email , and infrequently (only once in my case) phone communication.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I have been severely busy with the backend work. so I can only relay what I've been told: that everything is in progress...
Client/Team Interactions:
well. no.
Problems or Concerns:
Nancy Tracy from the AIA Redwood Empire group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have had many face to face meetings with the client and the whole group together. Our meetings are approximately every 2 weeks.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The content is mostly in. The cd and the client are working well together to get all of the content,
Client/Team Interactions:
I don't see any problems.
Problems or Concerns:
Deanna Stropes from the REdwood Empire Active 2030 Club group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Since all the content was submitted, the proposal signed off on, and the development phase began, there has been little to no contact with the client until today. I sent her an e-mail requesting that she contact her server regarding the correct format for a password protected area. I also reminded her that we would soon be entering the testing phase, and asked her to begin compiling a list of "typical users." I hope to hear from her within the next day or two.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Our client was reasonably timely with the content (just a day late getting in the last bit). She was able to present all content in the requested format. It helps to have a computer literate client who also happens to work in the field of web development.
Client/Team Interactions:
As mentioned, we've had very little interaction lately. I foresee no problems at this stage. Early in the process, we realized that it would work best if one person did most of the communicating.
Problems or Concerns:
Rose Carlson from the granparents parenting agian/ srjc music group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
we have not met with the client much in the past few week due to not needing to meet but if we do meet it is usually face to face or email communication
Meeting Accomplishments -
we would like to have got more images and content from the client but we made the design work with images I provided and have place holder pages so content can be added later
Client/Team Interactions:
I dont not see any problems at this point.
Problems or Concerns:
Diane Lapena from the RECAMFT group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have had quite a few face-to-face meetings with our client and have also communicated by email on an almost-weekly basis.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The content is 100% settled, and our designer is tracking down some final images from stock photo sites.
Client/Team Interactions:
The client is very cooperative and pleasant to work with. He is fairly prompt at responding to email and I don't anticipate problems at this stage.
Problems or Concerns:
Kerry Forbes from the SRJC Music Department group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We normally communicate weekly by email. We had a face to face meeting last week (including PR and Project manager) and ironed out a few issues we were having with late content. This meeting allowed us to take some pages off our list and look a little closer into finishing others. PR and the client arranged to finalize the navigation and pages so we could have a solid storyboard of what we are responsible for.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I believe we will have all our content in by the end of this week. We are all working hard on getting this in and up ASAP. Some pages have been pulled off our list due to the time it has taken to get the content. I will be working on getting this all put in and laid out to be later uploaded to the shell site.
Client/Team Interactions:
We are interacting well, and he is aware of our deadlines and is working with us to help us stay on track and move this website forward. I normally email weekly to keep communication going and find out where he is.

Kathy Samoun from the RECAMFT group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I have had a couple emails with the client and attended the client meeting via telephone conference.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I mixed up my two answer for this one so here they are again:
RECAMFT: We have all the content for this site. I am still looking for stock images to possibly replace the images we currently have.
RainTree: I believe we have all of the content for this site. I am still working on the Interactive map and will complete the homepage banner once a design has been nailed down.
Client/Team Interactions:
RECAMFT: This client is very easy to work with so I do not see any problems arising.
RainTree: We have had a few issues with this site but I believe we have ironed them all out and that we will have a design in the end the Client will like. I have yet to have a signed proposal though, so I'm hopeful we will have that soon.
Problems or Concerns:
Kathy Samoun from the The RainTree Initiative group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I have had numerous phone conversations as well as emails with the client regarding his concerns as well as flash animation. It seems we are headed in the right direction.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I believe we have all of the content we need. I am still looking for stock images to possibly replace the images we currently have.
Client/Team Interactions:
The client is very easy to work with so there have no issues thus far.
Problems or Concerns:
Kimberly Collins from the LITE Initiatives group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
As the PM, I have only met with the client face-to-face twice. All other communication has been through email. Usually 1 - 2 times a week.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We have not received all the content but hope to by this Friday. We are suppose to be receiving images and a logo from the client but until then will be using stock images.
Client/Team Interactions:
The client has been sporadic with communication. I see that as a problem that continues so decisions may have to be made without their input just to make sure the project continues.
Problems or Concerns:
Barbara Evans from the Sonoma County Museum group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The communication I've had with the client has been via email, phone and face-to-face, most recently with the proposal meeting.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization of the content went well, with the IMD and CD getting the last pieces and confirmation from the client via face to face meeting and email.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group is interacting well with the client. I don't see any problems at this stage.
Problems or Concerns:
Tina Mourad from the The Childrens Village of Sonoma County group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Email , some phone and some indirectly via PM. Roughly once or twice a week.
Meeting Accomplishments -
There are some loose ends. We are in the process of identifying which pages are to have second level design.
Also, after template was created, client changed to a different comp, so right now we are waiting to get clarification by Monday. PM is heading this.
Client/Team Interactions:
I think in general , group is interacting okay with the client. Client does however seem very undecided. After signing off everything and choosing a final comp design and after I created the template, they suddenly said they want to change to a different comp. It's not a very big deal, mainly color changes..but still, I get the feeling we'll be making changes right to the last day of this class.
Problems or Concerns:
Carlos Downie from the Grandparent Parenting . . . Again group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Communication with the client has been positive and constructive. There has been less frequent communication with the client since production began; however the client is aware that they may contact me or any team members whenever they have questions or concerns. Email communication has been all that's been needed since the proposal was signed off.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Finalization of the content went smoothly and has been addressed. Any loose ends and changes to the text or images have already been identified and addressed and production of the site is nearing completion.
Client/Team Interactions:
Group interaction between the client and team members has been great and there have not been any problems that I can think of.
Problems or Concerns:
Imelda Guzman from the Grandparents Parenting . . . Again group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I have not had communication with the client since our last meeting where the team got together to go over the web proposal with her. If we do communicate, we do it through email which seems to work fine.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Our client signed off on all current content with minor requests to delete or change wording on some pages. All requests were corrected before production of site.
Client/Team Interactions:
Communication amongst the team and client is good at this time.
Problems or Concerns:
Christy Molnar from the Museum group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The museum client and I have had several face-to-face meetings, email and faxing. We have communicated at least once a week and sometimes more.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Content has been proofed and slight changes where made to the content as the site develops.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group has had no problems interacting with the client and there are no foreseeable problems.

Client Meetings:
We have had two face to face meetings with the client. As PM I continue to send weekly status updates to the client. In addition to this I have been in the contact with the client very frequently this week, trying to clear up last minute issues with the design.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Content is in a good spot.
Client/Team Interactions:
Group to client interaction is still very good. We are waiting on a last response from the client as to 2 vs. 3 column layouts for some of the pages. It will be cleared up by Monday.
Problems or Concerns:
Anna Narbutovskih from the The RainTree Initiative group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The last communication I've had with the client was an email finally confirming approval of the site design. I said that I would show him the work in progress as I developed the site background images and I intend to fulfill that promise very quickly as the client is very interested in the minute details of the site visuals.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I assume that all of the content is good to go. The client provided way too many keywords which he may want to reconsider but the I've not been informed of any problems with the content or content images.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group is interacting OK with the client but whether or not he actually likes the final product is unknown as we are still finalizing the design details.
Problems or Concerns:
Travis Carroll from the Sonoma County Reptile Rescue group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I haven't had a lot of communication with the client, I did more in the past as we were working through the design, but not much communication as of late.
Meeting Accomplishments -
It went okay, I was not interacting with the client as the information and content was being passed, but the client gave us the content the night before 100% of it was due.
Client/Team Interactions:
No, I don't see problems. I'm just confused on the week that we're in (I can figure that out) and our meeting schedule. Some directions do not seem clear, as I haven't seen anything on the site saying I didn't need to take the certification exam because I'm the designer...but I accidentally took it anyways.
Problems or Concerns:
Jay Vorzimer from the Redwood Empire 20 - 30 Club group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
The communication that I have had with the client has consisted of face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email. The frequency of these communications has diminished as the project has progressed with no communication in the last two weeks.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The finalization of the content went rather smoothly and the only piece of missing content is the email address of the person that the contact document will be emailed to. This is of no ajor concern as I have all of the email addresses of the 20 - 30 Club's board of directors.
Client/Team Interactions:
We are all interacting quite well with the client and I don't foresee any problems arising at this stage of the projects development.
Problems or Concerns:
Roger Johnson from the APPPAH -Birth Psychology group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have had several discussions with Maureen including via Skype, email, and face-to-face. My most recent meeting was to review the Web Proposal and to discuss moving to WebVanta.
We have been in communication at least weekly; more frequently during the review of the mockup/comps.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We have been involved in where the website is to be hosted. We initially thought that a portion of the site (the large content portion) would be moved to WebVanta and the Members Circle portion would be remain on the current provider.
Maureen explained that it would not be possible to move a portion of the site as she wasn't able to afford paying for two hosting services. It didn't appear that moving to WebVanta was viable as they didn't support Membership controls or ecommerce. Janet Zagora explained that we could move to WebVanta and use links to outside services for ecommerce, eg PayPal. APPPAH has an existing relationship with iTransact, so we will look to connect with this service.
Content is primarily on the existing website and will be converted to WebVanta's CMS.
Client/Team Interactions:
Maureen has been changing her mind about the design for the home page and the secondary pages which has frustrated our designer. In an email to her tonight I explained that no further modifications could be accommodated. Other than that I believe she and the team have worked well together to date.
Problems or Concerns:

Problems or Concerns:
Nichelle Rourke from the Sonoma County Folk Society group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have sufficient communication via email with the client. We have face to face meetings once a month which are very informative.
Meeting Accomplishments -
After going through the shell site, I created a table to list all the pages and any content including media that was needed. I also used this table to list any decisions we made for each page. I then could point to the responsible client person to get those last bits of information. With a final email we received the last of the needed content.
Client/Team Interactions:
I hope we are on track!
Problems or Concerns:
Bradley Mark from the Partners for Sustainable Pollination group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
In the beginning we had face to face. Then the designer had a face to face and later emails. The PM contacted the client by email & continued to do so. As a designer, I have have had little contact with the client post the first meetings.
Meeting Accomplishments -
No loose ends. There was not much content.
Client/Team Interactions:
We seem to have an understanding now. We will see as time goes on if we restrict use of the site.
Problems or Concerns:
Stephen Rodier from the American Philharmonic group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I have had numerous emails, phone calls and two meetings with the client.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The content was finalized with little problem. The client then found additional photos she wanted included. It took a week to arrange a meeting where she handed me a cd of photos to work into the layout. These photos will replace existing photos of the same size. I will name them the same as the old photos so all that needs to be done is place them in the images folder.
Client/Team Interactions:
Group Interaction with the client is great and there are no problems.
Problems or Concerns:
Jessica Bobier from the Saturday Afternoon Club group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report

I've met with our client face to face three times. We accomplished most everything we needed from the client through meetings. Our PM has done some communicatoin with them through e-mail as well.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Finalization of content went very well. We've finished all of our pages and nothing seems to be missing. Our CD met with our client recently to make a few additions to the content, and that was all worked out right away.
Client/Team Interactions:
\Our interactions with our client seem to be working out just fine. Our lcient has been very easy to work with.

Client Meetings:
No communication has occured between myself and the client since the last report.
Meeting Accomplishments -
to my knowledge, every bit of content that's going to be in the final site is there. however, I can't speak to whether the Client knows this as I hear she's trying to add even more at the last minute.
Client/Team Interactions:
The contract has yet to be signed. I hear that a Shade of Red is one issue with the template. while developing the form (not the point), I made a color picker for choosing the colors of the form:

Problems or Concerns:
Rebecca F from the Sonoma County Folk Society group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
All communication with the client since the last f2f for content has been via email. I would say that we have some kind of contact 1-2 times/week.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I believe that there still may be just a couple of loose ends as far as content but the majority is all in. I cannot say absolutely, the PM or CDs would know for sure.
Client/Team Interactions:
Good client interaction. No problems that I can see.
Problems or Concerns:
Jerilynn Johnson from the Legal Aid of Sonoma County group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Most of the communication with our client has been through email. Last year we had no contact with our client as she was out of the office Monday and Tuesday and was sick Thursday and Friday. We made contact again today, and Al will be meeting with her again tomorrow night. I have had two face to face meetings with the client and on normal weeks, numerous emails (5-10 or more depending on the week).
Meeting Accomplishments -
We have all the content and all the images. The main thing left to finalize is choosing an image for the home page. That is one of the items that will be discussed at tomorrow night's meeting between Al and Ronit.
Client/Team Interactions:
Usually the communication is very good. Last week she disappeared, but she resurfaced again this week, so I don't foresee any problems at this point.

Meeting Accomplishments -
Content finalization went well. I am still unclear about a page they are referring to that they say we are supposed to make. This has never come up at any of the meetings. It is some type of form they want us to make for a comment page. This was not mentioned to me until we had our last meeting.

We have all or our content, and many more images than we need to complete the work. The client let the design choose images from those given to us.
Client/Team Interactions:
The group is interacting with the client well.
Problems or Concerns:
Anna Narbutovskih from the Sonoma County Folk Society group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We've had face to face meetings with the client. The program manager and designer do most of the email with the client and then pass on the results and content to the content developers.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We received all of the content descriptions we asked for. We may need more info from the client to wrap up loose ends as we finish the pages. I don't anticipate any problem as the client has been very cooperative.
Client/Team Interactions:
I believe we are looking forward to a satisfactory conclusion for the client site.
Problems or Concerns:
Antonio Ventura from the FANHS group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
we communicate by email and sometimes face to face depeds of the issue
Meeting Accomplishments -
is hard to explain because the content is a lot and we have to figure it out which is going to be used
Client/Team Interactions:
the PM is taking control of the interaction with the client and sometimes we do personally when is necessary, probably the most alarming issue is the time
Problems or Concerns:
Gloria Batemon from the American Philharmonic Orchestra group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We have face to face meetings every other week and if questions are needed answering or information needed, we e-mail first or phone. That information is added to the website and brought to the client meetings and to our team meetings.
Meeting Accomplishments -
Most of the content came to us on a CD. A few new pages were added and the content for those pages are mostly in, with the exception of the "What's New" page. That is a new page, so content will come later. All images have been located and distributed among the team.
Client/Team Interactions:
I do not see any problems arising with the client or the board. They all are loving what they are seeing. We have questions and Krisha gets answers or visa vera. I do not see any problems at all.
Problems or Concerns:
Anna-Maria (Anni) Wernicke from the UASA group from the Business of Web Design class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Communication was somewhat frustrating overall, but came to resolution in the end. Most communication was by email. We had several team/client meetings. At the moment communication has stopped, because all content is in.
Meeting Accomplishments -
I believe all the content is complete.
Client/Team Interactions:
Things are going well at present.
Problems or Concerns:
Barbara Vallauri from the Saturday Afternoon Club group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
I've had 4 face-to-face meetings with our client so far during the course of our project. From my perspective the meetings have gone well.
Meeting Accomplishments -
We have all of our content at this point. At our last meeting the client had a few minor points to clear up, but those were finalized within a few days. I believe we have all of the images we need as well.
Client/Team Interactions:
I don't see any problems with the team's interaction with the client. The client has been very cooperative in giving us everything we need.
Problems or Concerns:
Jerry Adamson from the American Philharmonic-Sonoma County group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
We continue to have face-to-face meeting with the client; mainly as a team but sometimes as individuals. We also use email extensively. The last face-to-face meeting with the client was 3/30/09 when we met as a team. The previous face-to-face meeting with the client was two weeks earlier.
Meeting Accomplishments -
The client has been very helpful in providing the team what it needs. For example, we recently obtained additional photos from the photographer that enhanced the web site. The client is also providing up-to-date material such as "what's new" and will be providing us with next season's performance schedule shortly. We have the content but would like to make the site as much up to date as possible.
Client/Team Interactions:
Everyone has had communication with the client. I don't see any problem involving the client.
Problems or Concerns:
Gary Cross from the Saturday Afternoon Club group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Client Production report
Client Meetings:
Most of our communication with the client has been by email and one face to face meeting, to wrap things up and sign off on the proposal. I have been keeping the client posted of how things are going and when the testing will begin.
Meeting Accomplishments -
At this point in time, I have not noticed any missing content of images, etc.
Client/Team Interactions:
Communication has been via email to the client of updates on the production of the site. Don't see any problems arising at this stage of the class.
