Yes the communication system is working great for me. Nothing needs to change at this point.

Project Status -
We used mainly Wordpress in everything we did. Since the templates are sooo easy to start with, we pretty much just customized what we had. All the content is in for the most part. I think there are a few loose ends, but nothing major.

The group is interacting well. We are all getting the information we need and all is well with only 2 weeks to go till 100% is due!

Team Meetings:
Joan and Albert have excellent communication. The designer has been informed with each page, Albert and Joan are trying figuring out all the bugs of wordpress. Joan and Albert have met face to face as well as skyping and email. The communication system is working, our availability is the main issue.

We are using wordpress and all content is in. Everyone is being informed as pages are being completed.

We've gone bak to just using email, telephone and once in a while Skype. These modes are simple and it appears to be working. Susan and Kevin have remarked that they are feeling more connected and supported

Susan finished the design (with your help) on Friday and loaded it onto the server yesterday afternoon. Kevin's been in class yesterday afternoon and all day today, so he'll start his part possibly tomorrow and/or Monday

Team Meetings:
The designer and CDs are communicating via email and Basecamp. The designer and CDs met in person last week. We are still waiting for the Designer to set up the template. I would like to know more about the outcomes of meetings so that I can answer questions for the client, if asked, and so that I can provide accurate updates to the client, as requested. I have posted a message reminder to Basecamp requesting this.

Project Status -
to my knowledge, the site has not yet been started because the template is not completed.

The team is communicating with each other, and I'm getting enough information to complete my job, but I would like more and have requested this of the team.

Team Meetings:
I created several pages before presenting them to the designer,my bad, But I am working closely with the designer nevertheless. We are using e mail almost every day, and Skype as needed.

Project Status -
The designer is using Dreamweaver, and I (CD) am using a generic text editor, and two HTML editors, Arachnophilia, and Aptana. Some content,in the form of pictures, is still outstanding, but we are able to work around this for the time being by repeating a small set of pictures. Due to some misunderstanding and back and forth between the designer and CD, no pages are fully complete at this time, so no one (other than the designer) has been informed of completion. Designer and CD are diligently correcting this.

Team Interactions:
I think we are interacting well, but I am becoming aware of too much silence from our programmer, so I will be contacting him now.

Scott Hubbard from the Petaluma Educational Foundation group from the Web Content Practicum class submitted the Team Production report

Team Meetings:
1) Email: This is communication was used primarily sending the templates to the team, as least as far as I was conerned. 2)Skype: This is the primary form of communication I used regarding the pages I was responsible to create for the project test web site. We also had our follow up meeting, which was held on March 31st on skype. I have been notifying Sasheena, our Designer, every couple of days on the progress I am making regarding the pages for the test web site. Yes, the communication plan, above, is working for me and the team; we still meet every Thursday at 2:00 PM and use email on a daily basis to communicate between team members.

Project Status -
We have set up a central place at Go Daddy where we will put all of the pages for our test web site. Additionally, Sasheena has agreed to let the team send her the pages and she will post them. I my case, Sasheena has given me rights to the test site so that I can install the database and make my updates to the test web site. We do have all of the content. So far, I have been informed when pages have been turned in for posting.

Team Interactions:
The team is interacting wonderfully well; as a matter of fact several comments have been make as to how relaxed we all are. Yes, I am getting the information I need to do my job.

Communication has been primarily through email with some Skype. The designer has informed the team when samples pages are available on the web. Revamped the project site to a more clean look.

The designer created the comp's in Photoshop and used Dreamweaver to created the template index page. The client will be using Dreamweaver to maintain the website.

We are creating the site in Dreamweaver. The template has been handed off, and we are started to produce pages. We have 100% of the content.

We've been emailing each other,and we are using skype as need it. The DES hand it the tamplets to CD and we start the production.

The site created in Dreamweaver, and we have 100% content. The DES hand it the tamplets to CD and we start the production.CD are sending the DES pages to approve it by email. Everybody knows their job and does what they're suppose to do

All of the designers web pages have been signed and approved by the client. The content developers have been communicating closely with the designer on the web pages, they have regularly been on Skype. The communication system is working for me.

The shell site has been completed by the CD's, the designer has finished her designs, we have the content we need to begin building the site, and everyone is communicating via email and Skype.

Team Interactions:
I talked with the PM today and there are only a few things we need to work on with the communication. I have enough footage and information to work on the video for the website.

I am editing the PHP templates and the stylesheet. Brian is editing the HTML and purging it of extraneous tags and inline styles. All the content is in. We are all informed.

Designer and CD communication good. CD is working on site and getting input from Designer. Designed has supplied pointers to CD to enhance site with the use of Wordpress. We are developing a Wordpress site development was initiated by Designer and CD then started to add content. Team has been emailing and checking in as needed. Communications good.

Project Status -
We used Wordpress to create the design. Designer created menu's and basic shell, now CD has inputed pretty much 100% of content. CD needs to continue to enhance content and improve overall presentation. Still awaiting some confirmation back from CD as to progress. Most of the content is already on the site. Requested additional information from Client which she continues to supply.

Team Interactions:
Group is interacting good. Kind of limited interaction as this stage, but continue to check in. Checking progress more frequently till the end and the final wrap up. Information is being presented as requested.

I am the designer. The CD and I have been in communication using email and Skype several times each week. The CD has been working even more closely with the client. This system is working well.

Project Status -
Since we are using Wordpress, the pages were built when I created the navigation. The CD has been great adding the content. At this point, all the text is added. The images are uploaded on the site, but waiting for optimization. All the pages are in the site, and the client has reviewed for typos and that the information is correct. Primarily what needs to be completed are the widgets created by the programmer, the search engine optimization, and the final putting all the padding, margins, images, and design "tweaks" in all in the right places.

I am getting the information I need and our communication, even though we took a breather after the intense weeks prior to the contract signing, has been good.

Team Meetings:
We are communicating very well by email mostly. We moved our meetings on Mondays to 5pm. We had our first meeting at 5pm this Monday. We discussed what needs to get done over the next 3 weeks. Then Caroline and Grant discussed the dynamic header. After the meeting Grant was able to make the header work. We are all excited as this is an important aspect of our site. We all seem to be working together to make our site work well for our client.

Project Status -
Our site was first created in Wordpress by Caroline. Then I (Jennifer Maurer - Content developer) put the content into the site. Grant is programming all of the aspects that need programming and working with Caroline with designing these programming aspects. I received a revision to the content and am revising it. I am also working on the SEO for the site. All of the content is in, besides the images. We are all informing each other as we finish different aspects of the site.

Team Meetings:
Client approval of the Shell Site was delayed. As a result Template production has also been delayed. We are hoping to catch up at the 50% site produced Milestone. By then, we hope to quit having to ask for extensions to accommodate some thing or another. Communication has also been a haphazard affair for our team these past couple of weeks. Mostly, we employ the telephone and email. We also view the same content by posting to the Project Site or by reference. As we move more firmly into the Template process, we expect this to change. Some of the issues our team has been experiencing will be behind us, and we’ll be better able to concentrate on the project building tasks. As a team we have also made new agreements regarding contact between members, because inadequate contact provides inadequate information.

Project Status -
Our team used xhtml and CSS to build a site that would marry an approved template design with very narrow design constraints and content provided via SSI. All of the content has been provided by the client. As we develop the pages, the team expectation is to share information liberally.

Team Interactions:
The group has been weathering a storm of both project related and individual crises. We are still respectful of each other and confident in our team’s ability to overcome the rough seas. Our Client remains supportive and invested. We are at the junction of perfection being the enemy of the possible. So, we are forging ahead with the information we have, because we can.

Communication system is working brilliantly. The designer and CDS are communication well. Most if not all communication is over email, some over skype. I"m not really sure if the designer was informed as each page was put up on the web.

Our process of creating the site page by page without a CMS is working well. As far as I know all the content is in and everyone is being informed as to the progress as pages are completed.

Communication between designer and CD is being well kept. It is mostly through email that communication is flowing. The designer is always prompt and helpful during skyping time.

Project Status -
Wordpress is being used to create the site. Everyone has the password and login. As everyone logs in you can see what is complete and what new things have changed. It keep everyone updated.

The group has stopped communicating as a team. It seems that Joan our Designer and I the IM are the only ones communicating.

There is clear communication between our designer and our CDS. Pages were made by the designer and they have begun to be filled with content by our CD.

There hasn't been any pages completed yet since our team is a bit behind. We plan on catching up again as soon as possible.

We are working well together to get everything done as best as we can.

The communication is back on track. We had some illnesses but we all got through and now we are on to the fun part. I have not heard of any pages going up but that is a good thing since I just finished the final version.

The content was split up between the two CD's and we will work through each page. The program heavy pages mainly went to Paul and the design heavy went to myself. He will send his part over to me so I can check on the look and feel of each page.

I think we are still all doing good as a group. It was tough getting through the template for me but I am over that mountain and ready for some coding fun!

We are using a Joomla managed site that our designer has put together. The content is not all in but is not is in the final editing stages in the shell site. Our group is small and we send emails to each other quite often as progress is made.

Team Meetings:
The communication system has been working great for me. As an IMD, I’ve been editing a video on my own. My client, Linda sent an email to inquire how it was coming along and through YouTube I uploaded the video for her to review it. Email has been a very efficient way to communicate although I miss being able to explain in person the detail that was addressed in the video. I find it has its pluses to give someone time to review a project, letting in sink in, maybe reviewing it additional times to really evaluate something. Putting a client on the spot, in person, can sometimes get in the way of true constructive criticism. So, maybe allowing the client to view something new on their own has its advantages.

Project Status -
I was assigned a student testimonial by the SRJC Computer Sciences department. With Linda’s permission, I contacted the interviewee to inquire for additional material to support the b-roll of the video. Fortunately, I was able to obtain several websites and photographs that would provide a substantial amount of the b-roll content. The video is finished; although credits need to be added and testing needs to take place on it.

Team Interactions:
Since I’m not in a group, the information I needed for my job was provided to me by Linda and the interviewee. Any additional material I needed I either found it on the internet or created it myself.

Team Meetings:
Our designer and content developers have been communicating via email. Because of our delay in the template hand off due to our client the content developers are working on getting the pages in and they will inform the designer as they do so. I think the communication is working well. I meet with the client in person, through email and phone. I also send emails to our team with updates, work to be done and issues that need attention.

Project Status -
Yes we have all the content needed to build the site. Ron Our designer handed off the templates to the content developers by email and currently they are working on getting the content into the site. Ambrietta is waiting for some specific details from me regarding a minor portion of the content which will be delivered to her via email today.

Team Interactions:
I believe that our team is communicating very well and everyone has been great in responding to the client as well as to me. Yes I am getting everything I need to do my part in the project.

Team Meetings:
The communication system is working fine for me. The client and team members are good about responding to emails and answering questions. We have been communicating by email for the most part. The last to meetings with the client I have not been able to attend because they are unable to get Skype running.

Project Status -
I am not sure if the pictures and DVD’s are complete but I know two of our team members were working on that. We just had a meeting with the instructor last Friday and the designer to go over the template. I discussed with Ron my questions and it seems clear on how the site will look. We are moving along good. I think I am missing some information but probably less than 2% of it; I am waiting to hear back from our PM about my most recent questions so I can move forward. Everyone works together and keep each other informed about things being completed.

The group is interacting well. Like mentioned above everyone seems to understand the importance of this project. I do not know of any problems that have come up among one another. I have been getting the information I need but I believe I do not have it all yet; I am waiting to hear back from the PM to see where things stand.

All the content is in except some of the pages for programs at the YMCA but that is to be expected. The shell site is complete with the exception of the program pages. As soon as the above issues are resolved the cd's will start building pages. The planning is in place and they are ready to hit the ground running.

Most of our communication has been through e-mail, which is generally working out. I know that one of our teammates has somewhat limited access to a computer, so some information may be delayed. I have also reached out to our PM via phone which was helpful to share information quicker instead of waiting for a response through e-mail. We generally copy all members of team with e-mails, but some messages are only copied to appropriate person handling a specific role. Overall, the communication has been working out on my end.

Project Status -
We have just had our scheduled template handoff meeting with Linda and both of our CD's last Friday because of some last minute changes our client wanted, which affected our design layout, storyboard and mockups. This delayed the template handoff for a few days. After our meeting, there was some feedback to make some revisions and changes to the first version of the templates created. I've incorporated those changes since the meeting and have forwarded those to our CD's for review. They have been working hard to become ready to populate and use the templates. The handoff seems to be working out so far. We are always open to each other if we have questions or comments as they arise.

The group seems to be interacting well. We all know we have this project to complete, deadlines to meeting, and a client to make happy. We all seemed to be focus on completing the project and learning to be flexible with various situations. So far, I'm getting what I need to complete my tasks, but I know I need to be flexible with any possible changes particularly with what our client wants or when they change their mind.

Team Meetings:
We haven't put any pages up on the web yet. We still need to schedule the template hand off. But our communication between Micah and I, the CDS, and Bill, the designer is great. The communication between the whole group is great. Everybody, whatever our role, lets everybody know what we're doing. We're constantly publishing our progress, or links, or asking for feedback in our FB group.

Project Status -
All the content is in. I'll be inserting the XHTML code into the templates by hand, and then I'll upload it directly to the sonic hosting.

Team Interactions:
The group is interacting very well. We work well together, support each other, and communicate well with each other. We have a great group. The big slow down was getting the content from our client, and then we didn't get it all, so we cut back some pages and cut back some content.

The communication system is a little better then last time I answered this question, but I'm still feeling that I have to work a little harder to get any updates from the team. We are behind in getting the template approved by the client and they are still making changes. I wasn't aware of this until today. I have asked for a weekly update from the team in the past and hopefully this will begin to happen soon. Outside of requesting to be cc'd on emails or informed about telephone discussions I don't see any other way to make it work.

Project Status -
I believe the designer is using Dreamweaver to create the templates and then making adjustments in the code manually. We haven't started posting pages. Because of client issues. We are a bit behind in the process.

Team Interactions:
I understand that the Designer and CD are in contact with each other and they are working with the client to get what we need to proceed. I contacted the client with a request for all their content that was outstanding and did receive the content this morning. We are still waiting on the photos of the skaters and refs. The Deadline for the photos is April 11. We will not accept anymore content after the 11th.

I have had good contact with the CD for my team. We are sort of stalled on the template approval from the client, but already have a game plan for when that get's approved.

I used Dreamweaver to create the template, then cleaned up the html and css files for the CD. We will be sitting down to go over how to make changes to the template and the site and content gets put into the site. We also have a group meeting planned for the 11th to go over everything so far.

The group is working well and the client is responding to deadlines. We are doing our best with what we have so far, but soon the client will need to be told no more changes going forward.

Yes, we have always had a good system of communication through our Yahoo Group site and through our excellent PM. All team members have kept in good communication, primarily with emails though some by phone.

Project Status -
Shannon, our designer, created a Wordpress template that she placed up on a site. She then gave us instructions on how to place the content on the site and Noah, our programmer, helped the CDs with how to connect certain links, etc. All of the content is now on the site and the designer is working with the rest of us through emails on any edits that might be needed. There has always been good communication on completing the pages.

The group has always interacted very well and professionally. Everyone has been on top of giving and requesting the info they needed.

I have met with Designer and we are discussing issues by email. I am also making notes on pages with items that need attention. We are currently working on the live site so Designer is making design changes as we proceed. At this point no changes are needed.

We used a shell site and then have transferred everything to a WordPress site. There the pages can be viewed by the client as well as other team members. All of the content other than images and 3rd party form has been completed. Some tweaks are in progress.

Don and I have been working close on the construction of each page. When there is an issue in regards to the layout or CSS our CD is good about contacting me and letting me know the problem so I can fix it. Our communication is done through lots of emails, and some phone calls.

Project Status -
Templates were made and given to the CD with template instructions. As the CD creates pages, he will contact the Designer or IMD with any questions or issues he may have during the construction of the pages. The Designer will be working closely with the CD to make sure the pages are the way they need to be.

Team Interactions:
Overall, good. There was some confusion about details right about the time the templates were to be handed off but our PM set up a team meeting to clear the air and get everyone back on track. As of right now I have all the information I need to get the job done.

The programmer set up the content management system (Drupal), the designer is doing the layout, format and design, the CDs are doing the content on the "presentation" (information) pages and tagging the massive number of articles that the programmer has uploaded from the current site. Almost all the content is on the new site, but it is still in the process of being tagged and referenced in the new format. Not everyone is being informed about every page, but we all know from our meeting what stage we're at.

I sent a link to my updated webpages on Thursday night to the CD. I haven't heard from the Content Developer this week, but it has only been 2 days since I delivered my CSS change and there is 2 days before class again. Email communication has worked for us thus far. I don't think we will have problems in this phase of the project.

Project Status -
We followed the class guidelines for creating the parts of this site. The client did not provide a lot of content up front except for pictures and links, so there wasn't much to work with when building the shell. I believe this will cause the CD to have to spend more time during the page development. I think 99% of the content is in. PRC may owe us a paragraph or two to flesh out a page.

I have had both email and face to face interaction with the Designer and CDs. This has been very helpful. We met once recently in the lab and have emailed 2-4 per week. The communication system has been working well for me.

Shannon, the Designer, has been building the actual website that the client will be using. The CDs have been using the mock up or the site that is used before the Designer designs the actual site. We are all updated when the pages are being completed via email messages by the Designer and the CDs.

As a programmer I am not real involved in this interaction, but to the best of my knowledge this communication has been good. They have communicated during our weekly meetings.

Project Status -
Given that we're using Drupal, we worked on content and design simultaneously. Much of our content was imported from the client's old site and edited on the new site. We are well along in this process: all the most important content is imported and is currently being edited. We have also successfully set up the payment gateway and imported all the site's active users (200+) and preserved the expiration dates and membership roles for each user.

Team Interactions:
Group communication continues to be very good. We have a weekly online meeting every Wednesday morning.

We are only now getting started with that process, but the CD's in our group inform me of everything they're doing via our group Facebook page and email

Project Status -
I created three different templates, one for the front page and two different ones for the secondary pages. I also created a PHP form page for subscriber and reader feedback and started two of the secondary pages based on the templates so that it would be easier for the CD's to get the information into them. I did this because we are late getting to the production process and I wanted to help the CD's get their part done on time.

The group continues to interact well. I'm getting all the information and feedback I need from the rest of the group.

All the team are using Premiere Pro and After Effects to create each video. All of the content is available although this project, unlike building a web site, require constant revisions.

This has been a very delicate group. Tom had to abandon the project at one point due to time constraints. Janis has her reservations about the ability to complete this project in addition to creating a slideshow, so she has required extra hand holding. Tom was able to rejoin the group. Scott was, is and has been a blessing and a grand contributor to the success of this project.

Because the roles of both designer and CD belong to Mark there is no communication issues involved. Although talented and an exceptional good worker, Mark's primary need is feedback on his work.

Because the single biggest issue for our client will be constantly updating photos, Webvanta has been chosen to build the site. I did finally manage to spend several hours exploring Webvanta and Mark's template pages. Afterwards, Mark and I spent about 30-45 minutes discussing an issues he had.

Team Interactions:
There is only Mark and myself and we get along great. Mark tries to pass everything by me as he completes each portion of his job. Although working on the video project is labor intensive, I try to find 2-5 hours each week to look at Mark's work, talk on the phone, and give him feedback. The phone has worked well for me because i can talk to him while a video renders.

We pretty much followed the process guidelines set by the instructor...The content was obtained by the CD and then passed on to the designer who in turn created templates for the pages. All the client's content is in, though -- as stated -- a bit disorganized, and we're still making sure that images are sized and formatted correctly. That freed the Designer/CD to focus on designing the site, and gave me the opportunity to develop an understanding of the client and the site.

Our communication is working, although there are quite a few people involved at different levels which makes it move along slower than I would like. I have been working with Corrine and Susan at SRJC PR. Unfortunately all our content is not in yet. Our client has been advised what we are waiting on and we decided to drop a few pages as fear he will not have it in time. PR have agreed to work on him with on completing those pages after our class is complete. Our client is to send the pages we are waiting on during this week, Susan will edit it, send it back to him, once he approves the edits then Corrine gets it and sends it on to me to upload into the pages.

The group is interacting well. Unfortunately our group (those working or involved in this website) is bigger than our class team so there are quite a few involved and all on different levels. Our communication is working, although there are quite a few people involved at different levels which makes it move along slower than I would like. I have been working with Corrine and Susan at SRJC PR. Unfortunately all our content is not in yet. Our client has been advised what we are waiting on and we decided to drop a few pages as fear he will not have it in time. PR have agreed to work on him with on completing those pages after our class is complete. Our client is to send the pages we are waiting on during this week, Susan will edit it, send it back to him, once he approves the edits then Corrine gets it and sends it on to me to upload into the pages.

Communication between the designer and content developer has been going smoothly. The CD has contacted the PM and DES as to what pages have been completed and uploaded to the web, as well as communicated any issues or concerns that arise. So far communication by email has been working well and there have been no issues concerning our communication.

Project Status -
All the necessary steps were taken to ensure that team members knew what their tasks were and got them done on time. Communication has been key to making sure everyone is on track; in person meetings were arranged when email communication was not enough. The team has successfully acquired 100% of the content and all team members are being updated as to when pages are being completed.

Team Interactions:
I believe the group is interacting very well; so far there have been no issues in our method of communication and all team members have been doing their assigned tasks. I have received all the information I need to do my job.

I've had an email from the CD stating that the pages are being produced but I've not seen any of them yet. The CD pointed out an issue with the CSS and I've sent a corrected CSS file. We need to work out a file naming system for the 80 to 90 banner images that have still to be cropped and resized.

The HTML and CSS for the site were written entirely with Notepad. The content is in. I've not seen any completed pages other than the ones I created.

The group is interacting well though I need to connect with the CD to discuss the filenames for the banner images. I'm just a wee bit behind on producing the 80+ images and need to get caught up.

The Des created template and handed off to the CD, with codes, etc. All content has been submitted from the client, so the team can produce the finished site. The CD is cc to the PM (me)of what has been emailed to the Des; to look over the codes and point out any errors.

Mostly by email at this point in time and no phone calls have been needed. The Des is giving lot of feedback; with any errors that need to be fixed. Also myself; have been giving good feedback to my CD & Des.

Our communications system is working fine. From my perspective as CD, our designer wrote a really comprehensive template that I'm able to use easily. We met at our template handoff class, where I received the template and documentation, and we've had several email conversations since where we exchanged pages and information.

Project Status -
All content is in, and everything's currently in place on each page. At the moment we're in early testing and debug stage, where the CD and designer work together to make sure the look and feel is to our liking. As CD I post my work to the web and send copies to my teammates when I've gotten as far as I can on each page.

Some of the content has been updated and will continue to be so since there are pages such as "what's new" and next season's schedule that will be provided as it changes.
