The process of getting the Web Proposal done is still in motion. we have run into a few glitches along the way and one man leaving. The team has been working fairly well together, although I am not sure if I am doing the job as well as I should be.

Unfortunately for me, getting some of the items that I need to finish this web proposal on time has been a little difficult.

Team Meetings:
Ahh! I am so focused on the project I keep forgetting to fill out these form and am now filling it out late again! Communication has been all email this week. Seems to be working within the team. Another very slight communication hiccup with our client this week, but again seems to be resolved.

Project Status -
Our proposal is still being created and I have not received all the pieces from the team yet. We are using a drop box account and email to get all the parts to the PM (me).

Team Meetings:
We weren't getting enough communication between the content developers and the multimedia people so we had a meeting and discussed our Communication plan again...it seems to have worked out so far. We are communicating more and people know what tasks they need to get done.

Project Status -
We divided up the components between the content developers and the others know what they need to have done. The process was slow in the beginning but after an over-due meeting we figured it all out. We email each others the components to make sure it's all correct. Our PM is going to compile all the parts the day before we turn it in so it's a cohesive presentation. Suggestions would be to make smaller goals so everyone stays on task.

Team Interactions:
We are interacting wonderfully as a group now. We have had less luck with our client, who has been dealing with family issues. But we hope to get the rest of the content from her at our next meeting. It looks like it will come together by the deadline.

Team Meetings:
We continue to use email and cloud tools for this. The working documents are on Wiggio and Dropbox, with email announcement of new postings. Specific questions are handled via email. New communications seem to occur once or twice per day. Skype sessions are done ad hoc as needed.

Project Status -
The process for the proposal(from CD point of view) was to post documents to my document site or via email from whence the PM would get a copy, perform edits or add input from other team members and post the result to the official repository on Wiggio.

Team Interactions:
I believe we continue to interact well and smoothly. To date, I have been able to get the information I need.

We are in touch by email and by skyoe 2 to 4 times / week. It seems to be working great among our team members.

Project Status -
Albert created a very impressive online.WordPress site. I think it is excellent. We also built comps and templates to help inform our client.

Team Interactions:
Great interactions and great communication. Our needs are being met.

Team Meetings:
Team is collaborating via email, and telephone. Email contact had been the most reliable form of contact, until a team member’s internet became “spotty.” Then there were some lapses. But, we are all back on board. Communication has been a nice fail safe on some role expectations.

Project Status -
Our team is still in the process of creating the Web Proposal, but we plan to develop the Project Site as the primary source for the components - Then we’ll transform them for the pre-meeting with Linda. It’s always scary to rely on work that is supposed to be presented but that you do not control.

Team Interactions:
The group is still thankful to be working together. We feel like the momentum of the project has begun to shift from one of confusion to one of clarity. Some loose ends remain before our whole team is able to proceed with full access to SSU servers. But, the end is in sight. Our Client has worked like crazy to provide the modified content in time.

Project Status -
We gathered the necessary info and project files and proceeded from there. The process worked well for me.

Team Meetings:
I have been communicating with the team by email regularly. Yes, the communication system is working for the team but not with the client. I don't get messages from the client as soon as I'd like.

Project Status -
Everyone has an assignment for the Web Proposal. The assignments for the CD were split up among three people. For my portion of the Web Proposal just the Creative Brief is a concern. I haven't been able to get very much information from the client on what they want in the video because they don't check their email often, although I have some ideas for the video myself.

I have been communicating closely with the PM and have attended all the classes so that I could meet with my team members to clarify on what needs to be done.

So far our communication system has been excellent. Although we have a large team and each one of us has different schedules, we are good about returning emails within a 24 hour window.

Project Status -
Our process for creating the web proposal has been well delegated. I know I don't have to stress out about components that are not my responsibility, and I can just focus on the detailed parts of my assignments.

I feel the group is interacting well and our PM is pro-active about emailing us links from the class website explaining our assigned roles and their duties (this saves us a great deal of time)

Yes, email is our main source of communication and it is working wonderful. We Skype each week on Wednesday mornings or nights just to update or go over any milestones together.

The web proposal is wordpress style. It was all created by our content developer Albert and it complies with what the client wanted. It's simple and easy to use.

We've had face to face communication, emails, and skype. It has been mostly working. A few speed bumps, but I feel that our PM has handled it well.

We've delegated out the tasks to each person on the team, and it looks like it is going to work out very well.

After our meeting today, I feel that any gray areas are filled in, and we're well on track.

We have not met as a group with PM concerning the web proposal. I skyped with the other group members today to review what we are working on and what we need to do.

Yes I am getting the information I need. I have great interaction with my group members when they respond. Some are more responsive than others.

Yes, the communication plan, above, is still working for the team; we still meet every Thursday at 2:00 PM and use email on a daily basis to communicate between team members.

Project Status -
We used both parts of the communication plan to remind/notify team members about the Web Proposal and used the resource links from the class web site to help with the individual preparation of each of the part of the Web Proposal. We also used the Work Chart and Timeline to help the team see what is due, when it is due and who is to perform the task.

Team Meetings:
The team communication has be great! I have spoken several times on the phone with many of my teammates. We have emailed quite a bit and have been great at keeping everyone in the loop. I have also had individual meetings: with the programmer about the design, the content developers to make sure we are all on the same page, and the interactive media designer to clarify the role and connect on any topics that need attention. I think we just need to keep doing what we are doing!

Project Status -
We have our Program Manager collecting all our the proposal to put it together for both meetings (teacher, and client). He also specified what type of format he would like it in to make sure the hand off works smoothly. The Programmer/Content Developer is collection all the list of deliverable s to put them together and then he will hand that to the PM. The rest that is due is divided to each person according to their role in the group. I think it should work out just fine...no concerns here.

Team Interactions:
The group is working out really well...we had one team members drop the class but it seems like everyone in our group is working well together to make sure we will have everything turned in on time. Great Teamwork:)

Team Meetings:
Good communication with team members. Issues coming up with Client not getting information soon enough. Issue was resolved with email and direct contact to Client. Have continually emailed team members as needed, probably at least 3-5 times weekly. Yes, communications system is working. We have had some slow response from client, but I guess that is to be expected.

Project Status -
Still creating the web proposal due to information coming back slow from the Client. Parts are coming together and members are contributing their parts as they can based on current information available. Progress is definitely being made and expect to have more completed by end of week. Main concern at this points is having all the information needed for the web proposal by the scheduled meeting date. Only suggestion would be to put more emphasis and direct the PM as early on as possible about the web proposals various elements and how the team contributes. Since I'm taking this course on line I didn't have the clear vision, but that may be due to not being at class lectures, so slightly behind.

Team Interactions:
Group is interacting well. Information has been great between team members, just need a quicker response from Client, but that is to be expected. We all live in 30sec. world's, but need to realize not everything happens in 30sec.

Email frequently, Skype once and some call calls. All is working well. We are at around 80% content and improving.

Project Status -
We are working on the web proposal evaluation sheet: Contact Sheet Strategic Brief Deliverables Storyboard Production Standards Workflow Plan-the other word file, etc, etc These are good tools and we are about to submit individually our respective areas before March 1st. I may have some feedback after I submit mine. So far it makes sense and I can't imagine what could be improved.

We interact via email and Skype and via regularly scheduled meetings. Yes, I have the info I need in order to continue. We had a shooting session with Missy and ECC tonight and another shooting scheduled for next Tuesday.

Most of our communication is done over email, next would be skype and finally in person meetings. Yes the communication over email and skype are workin for me.

We broke the web proposal in parts for each role. Yes the process of creating the web proposal worked well, and helped clarify just what we are going to do for our client. I do not foresee having any concerns or suggestions for improvement.

As a whole, the team has been meeting via Skype and regular e-mail communications. Some team members have been meeting face-to-face with the client as necessary to complete their tasks. The communication is working for me though I am working with distance as a challenge.

We all are working on our job-specific roles with the web proposal. Once each of us completes each task, we are forwarding them to our PM to condense into one team project site.

The communication system is working well for me. The team is still responding well, we have not had any lack of communication between each other, and everyone understands the importance of replying promptly.

Our Project manager is really on top of things and is very well explained. She set out a good list of what needs to be done stating everyone’s job. I appreciate this because during meetings everything sounds good but things can be forgotten. We followed up with a meeting for questions and our entire group is involved in answering questions so there is a good amount of input. I do not have any questions or concerns, I believe our team is doing well and we are moving along at a good pace.

I group is interacting well. All teammates are responsive and are respectful. I appreciate that everyone is on top of their part of the project and there is a general respect for everyone’s time. So far I have gotten all the information I need. I was able to complete one of my assignments and the other will follow shortly.

Team Meetings:
The communication continues to be mostly via email. We have met face to face on one Saturday and will most likely do that again this coming Saturday. I am emailing team members almost every day, and the client and I email almost every day, sometimes several times/day.

Project Status -
Some things that I have to do for the web proposal are not done yet (i.e. deliverables and creative brief). I have done the storyboard (though there are some changes from my original), and am working on a second design comp based on an SSU template. The content status chart is almost done. I plan to have all of my parts done by Saturday. So far the process seems a bit daunting but I'm getting through it. No concerns though—it all seems like necessary stuff to do.

We seem to still be holding strong. I think there will be a need (at least for me) to meet face to face for maybe the next few weekends just to make sure we are not missing anything. Sometimes I feel email communication just doesn't hit the mark.

Team Meetings:
Our team is using the same communication system that we have been throughout the semester. We have been doing our weekly Skype meetings on Monday's and writing emails throughout the week. The communication system is working great for me. I don't think anything needs to change.

Project Status -
The process we are using to create the Web Proposal is essentially breaking it down by all of the elements and making sure everyone on the team understands them and is in the process of completing them. We have gone over the entire proposal several times so the entire team knows what is necessary to get it done. This process has worked well for me and appears to be working well for the team. I don't have any concerns or suggestions.

Team Interactions:
The group is interacting well in my opinion. There have been some minor problems along the way, but everything has been smoothed out and we are proceeding very quickly. The project communication is very precise and everyone knows what they are doing. I am getting everything that I need for my job.

I talked to Scott and Alex on the Phone. Steve and I met at the Campus and talked about the Drupal Installation. We are having a team-meeting on 3/1 and will discuss the Deliverables. We also need to solve a problem: Setting the server.

This week, communication was very smooth.

Team Meetings:
The communication between teammates has been good. We mostly communicate through through Basecamp and email. There has been some confusion regarding communication with the client though.

Project Status -
To create the web proposal, we broke down the pieces and assigned them to certain individuals to focus on. We then worked as a team to get everything we need and opinions to finish our individual pieces. I felt that it was more organized this way since we wouldn't have multiple people trying to finish the same thing and potentially come out with multiple versions of one piece of the proposal.

Yes, I've been communicating well with my teammates to get my part done as well as offering my own opinions and advice.

Our team is working on their pieces of the web proposal independently. When a team member has questions, they post them to Basecamp and the other members of the team provide feedback.

I think the group is interacting well amongst each other. I have read messages indicating that they have met via skype. I don't think I am getting the information I need to do my job. It seems that some team members are not asking for clarification if they have questions of me. I have sent a message to the group that will hopefully remedy this situation.

I have been emailing information to the team members with a cc to Linda as requested. Andrea and I had a face to face meeting in the computer lab last week to go over content input for the site. Luigi was was informed and was supposed to attend. We met at the arranged place but he didn't show. I text messaged him with the room number of the lab we were in. an hour later he replied that he was on his way. We were leaving and told him we would email the information to him. That has been done. We have set up a time to meet with Linda next week for the web proposal discussion.

Project Status -
I am working on my portion, and have reminded the team of their portions. Andrea has responded saying she is working on her part and will have it to me soon. I have not heard from Luigi, our CD.

Team Interactions:
My content developer is well ahead of schedule on her part of the job and we are getting content and information from the chamber. I don't know what is going to happen when it comes time to put it together.

Our team meets once per week on Skype. We do this on Mondays at 2:30PM. We have a meeting for 1-2 hours to discuss how each part of the website is coming along. We also email with great frequency. We are doing good with communication. We had to re-establish boundaries this week as there has been some confusion. We are back on track knowing what each persons job is and communicating to that effect.

We each are working on our separate jobs, but have communicated well to each other on the progress. We went over everything we need for our proposal in our Monday Skype meeting. We gave ourselves a deadline to finish our individual jobs by our next Skype meeting on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 2:30PM. We will then discuss what we have in order to make any necessary changes we may need after receiving feedback from our team members. I don't have any concerns. This week we have done a few changes and are improving already.

Yes I believe that the communication system is working well. I find it a bit more challenging to communicate through emails because sometimes the things that you write seem clear to yourself but may not be received as you had intended them to be. So for myself I am trying to make sure that my communication is being received more clearly.

We are still in the phase of working on our parts for the proposal. I send out weekly reminders so that we can all be on the same page for upcoming due dates and deadlines. I am realizing that I need to be more specific with everyone on how I am to receive the documents for the proposal, so that it makes it easy to transfer into our team website. The process for me has been great, because I am learning many different aspects of how this may work outside of the classroom environment.

Email continues to be the primary way I have communicated with my client and the interviewee of the video I am editing. This way has worked very well. The interviewee is very comfortable on computers and seems to prefer communicating through email.

My team has not created a web proposal as I am working independently as an Interactive Media Developer. I would like to find out more about the Creative Brief that seems to be required from me. I did prepare a proposal in some sense with the interviewee when asking her for b-roll material. I listed out specific audio portions of her interview and suggested ideas of b-roll she may have. That worked great as she very quickly replied with most of the elements I was asking for.

Des McQuoid PM All communication between the team and the client is email driven, with a few phone calls. Everyone is cc'd so that the cross flow of communication is seen by all and the growing convergence of data and each person's role is transparent and open to comment, discussion or dialogue. We use the telephone as we did tonight amongst each other to tie up loose ends and distill any outstanding issues with the client so that I can address them by phone tomorrow.

Project Status -
The web proposal is broken into the components we each take responsibility for in our roles. The fear was that we might not be able to reach a consensus on design, direction and content. However that has proved not the case. Surprisingly we have a good amount of congruence, with the only slow link being the client decision making process based on the material we have submitted to them. It is difficult to finalize the proposal without the client signing off on their liking each component of the whole site overview.

Team Interactions:
So far we are getting the information we need and getting along well. Because everyone is copying everyone else in their email, and all information needed is not really data but opinions on design and content development. critical intangible information in the form of color and structural hierarchy from the client are our only concerns. Between the team we are moving within the realms we are assigned and sharing advice with a calm even flow. We all agree that the client is the weak link here, but not critically so. They are still within the timeline and they are moving on everything submitted or requested from them. Just a little slower than we'd like but moving nonetheless.

Our team has met online using Ventrilo---so far the only program that has worked for us consistently, and even then we spend a bit of time each time to get everyone able to participate both by voice and chat. We have had many, many emails back and forth with the client, and several of the team had a face-to-face meeting with the client as well. The current plan is to meet once a week all together using Ventrilo, with emails and face-to-face meetings as needed. I think this will work. I'm feeling a bit out of the loop from just following emails, but have been sick and busy as well. It's not the fault of the communication plan or any of the team that I'm not "in the middle" of what is happening. I should get back on track at our meeting on Wednesday. I'm glad we've begun to have the weekly meeting.

We are still in the process of nailing down all the pieces of the proposal. Each team member is working on their part. They will be sending me a link to their part to link to our web page. I have asked that they each create a .pdf so it can be printed for the proposal meeting. We will hopefully pull all the pieces together by Wednesday and be ready for our meeting on Monday.

I've been spending a lot of time reading a book and using the Internet to try to learn it, but I'm worried about getting it to work and meeting the deadline. At some point, if I can't get it to work, I'm going to drop Joomla and do it the "old fashioned way" in Dreamweaver.

We are still pretty much communicating by email. We did have a face to face to discuss the content when we received it. I don't think the communication plan is being followed as closely as it was in the very beginning. Emails are not being addressed within a 24 hour period, if at all. We have had a few issues with the client recently and the components for the proposal are coming together much slower than planned. Hopefully now that the situation has been resolved we will be able to still meet our proposal deadline. My main concern is getting it together on time, a lot of my part of the proposal depends on other components. For example it's very difficult for me to write a contract if I don't know what we are going to deliver.

This week we established a meeting for every Wednesday morning. This is something we are doing over Ventrillo, which is working very nicely. That is on top of daily emails regarding various topics.

Project Status -
We reviewed each other's individual rolls, and set deadlines to meet them. Caroline did a great job of highlighting the individual things needed, and we each worked with eachother to come to a point of agreement. There was some last minute tweaking that had to happen, but it feels like we are well on track.

We communicate via Facebook the most and frequently, at least once a day, usually more. We also send emails, about 1 to 2 times a week. The emails are used for updates, gathering all of our recent posts from FB, and giving general updates about meetings, what's going on, etc. There has also been face-to-face meetings when needed. The communication system works for me. I like that there are the email summaries of our FB conversations and updates because sometimes it's hard for me to organize the FB conversations that are going on.

Project Status -
We each did our individual parts and Cecilia organized everything together.

Team Interactions:
I'm getting the information I need to do my job. Cecilia is a great PM, and is great with helping us with our jobs, and everybody is doing a great job. I think FB is helping a lot with our communication with keeping everybody updated and with sharing our ideas.

The Yahoo groups works well in keeping all team members updated on what everyone is doing. All team members good about contributing info on what they are currently working on. CDs are currently waiting for some final decisions on content before moving forward.

Sarah, our PM, reminded everyone of what they needed to be providing. The CDs decided to work jointly on all four of our required items, with Susan monitoring and adding all contributions to the shell site and production standards, and Kiki monitoring and adding all contributions to the deliverables and the content status document. I do not have any concerns about how this is working.

The group is interacting well. With such a large site, there is still some difficulty in determining who has to make certain decisions, but with Sarah's assistance, we manage to work it out fine. We are not currently getting all the info we need because of an issue with dividing the "volunteer" navigation, but the designer and PM are working on it and we have contacted our PM about the need for input from the client.

The team continues to use email as our primary communication tool, although I believe the two CDs use the telephone in addition to email and various team members have had additional face-to-face meetings with the client. I think everyone feels this is working out just fine. Everyone is very prompt at getting back with any needed answers; it all seems to work quite smoothly.

Project Status -
We have pretty much been working on our own areas of rsponsibility for the Web Proposal. There has been a lot of cooperation between the CDs and the Designer to make sure everyone knows who is to do what, but for the most part, we have all acted independently. We're really still working on it so I will likely know better if I have any suggestions for improvements once I've pulled all the different parts together.

I think we're all interacting very well. Everyone is working very hard to make sure they are not holding up any one else so I think we will be able to stay on track quite well. We continue to meet in person weekly, though we also held our first skype meeting this morning. Skype worked very well for us with no technical glitches! We are still working on creating the web proposal. Each individual drafts their components and sends to the team for input. It's been strictly email for us, but with the proper use of attachments, we've been able to get across everything we've needed to. A lot of the back and forth causes reply history to build up, but it's not confusing enough to call it a problem.

We basically divided up the work amongst the appropriate members and looked for advice from one another when we weren't sure. I think everyone did a really great job putting it together all things considered, and in the end Kathy tied it's presentation together quite nicely.

So far our system of communication has been working well. Whenever there are questions or concerns, emails are sent and emails are checked daily. For immediate communication we also use cell phone. There are no problems in this area :)

The process we used was where each team member knew what they were responsible for and would work on their part of the proposal. In person meetings were then held almost every week to review each other's progress, ask questions and get feedback. I believe our process worked well. Most of the work only needed email communication to get the necessary feedback from each other, but the meetings were very helpful in checking that we were all keeping track of our work and meeting our schedule deadlines.

As a team we have set up a regular weekly meeting on Fridays with our client. We haven't missed many of these meetings and they seem to work very well for everyone. The web proposal was started by one team member and we all contributed to the finished piece. Once everything was compiled our PM was able to get it all together and present it to the teacher. Communication has been through email 99% of the time. Some phone has been used for urgent messages , especially since I don't check email till the evenings. This is working for me the best. We used to use Basecamp, but it doesn't seem like we need it much anymore. It was useful in the beginning.

The process that we used to create the proposal was we all did our assigned duties. Once a task was complete I would upload the completed task to our project website and add it to the document version of the proposal. This process worked fine for us and we were able to complete it on time.

Jay and I generally communicate via phone and e-mail at least once a day. When he needs to show me something, we might use ConnectNow. Our system seems to be working very well for both of us. I know that he feels very comfortable calling me whenever he needs to, and I feel the same.

We followed the process set up with you, after losing our Content Developer. It worked very smoothly. We gave each other lots of feedback, and went through the Productions Standards document meticulously, over several phone calls, until we got it right. I appreciated the entire process, because it gave me an in depth understanding of all the components of the project.

Team Interactions:
Jay and I interact very well. Our communication styles are compatible, and we've developed a relationship built on mutual respect and trust. I feel very supported by him, and hope he feels the same. We encourage each other, and have fun in the process.

Communication continues to be good, and effective. I continue to meet, via skype, on Friday's. Client also joins the meeting, usually for the first 30min to discuss our progress, and the rest of the meeting is logistics and upcoming tasks. As things slow down, I only need to email the team twice a week, and communicate frequently(more than twice a week) with those that have tasks to complete, just to check up and see if they need anything from me.

Weekly meeting with team and client help to solidify what was going to be presented to the client. Tasks were assigned, as instructed, and all content for the proposal was sent to me and posted on the project site as we progressed through the process. I put together the final hard copies and was present when the client signed.

I believe the communication between the PM and DES is working well. We have met several times for our weekly meeting using Skype and email is usually responded to within 24 hours.

The process of creating the Web Proposal has been difficult. The DES and I (PM) have simply used the class website to define and create our individual responsibilities but the content has been very difficult to acquire and the CD has been unable to handle the requirements of the role.

The PM made sure that I, the designer, and Jonathan, the CD, were aware of what our part of the proposal was and what our deadline was. The PM kept in touch weekly to let us know how he was doing and to check the status of our part. It seemed to go smoothly. I felt my part of the proposal went smoothly and we did meet the deadline.

Team Meetings:
We continue to meet on a weekly basis on Skype with email communication between the team members. As Project Manager I have tried to keep to an agenda for the meetings and ask team members if they have any questions or concerns. There have been a couple instances where I misstated who was responsible for certain task, which caused some consternation, but was quickly resolved once we had a chance to discuss the assignments.

Project Status -
The project website was setup under my account on the SRJC server so it was necessary for the individuals to provide their content in a form that could be easily translated to the site. Word documents were submitted for the parts that were the responsibility of each team member and I converted them to html for presentation. Team members were asked to review the content of all pages and to give feedback. Changes were made to the html pages based on the feedback.

Team Interactions:
I believe we are working fairly well. I have been happy with the level of participation; items required for the proposal were submitted in time to be incorporated into our package. With our meeting this afternoon with our client we will have the additional feedback on how we will proceed.

I set up my own template for the whole proposal as I had so many areas to complete being both the Content Developer and the Designer. I have shared that via email and will continue to update my sections as the gray areas become clearer (hopefully I get my meeting with Corrine today leaving us with much less gray areas.

I like the way it came out, and the client liked it as well. When Monte and I met with Angie on site, we only had a few minor changes to make and she signed the contract....YEAH!

The communication that I have had with my fellow team member has been fantastic and I could honestly not ask for a better member to be partnered with. I am able to go to her with problems that I may be having with the clients content, and she simply talks the ball and runs with it settling the problem.

My contributions to the team proposal were then submitted to my project manager via email, who then seamlessly integrated the parts into the whole of the proposal. The process worked extremely well for myself and I have no recommendations for improvement at this time.

Each team member was responsible for providing the materials pertaining to their job description. The PM made sure to follow up on the progress before the Web Proposal deadline. As the C.D. for the team, having to provide the list of deliverables and standards was a lot of work but it worked out in the end with the help of my teammates, they provided suggestions and lots of input before the final draft.

We continue to use primarily e-mail to communicate. Much of the information that we have shared, particularly with the web proposal preparation, was posted on the project site. At the beginning of the semester we used Basecamp quite regularly and it was very useful for getting us started, but recently we have not used it as much, as e-mail has seemed a more appropriate tool for our current needs. Dropbox continues to be our primary means of file sharing.

Project Status -
All team members took their assigned parts of the proposal, read over the information on the course website, and produced the material. As PM, I set a deadline of a 5 days before the first time slot: 3/1. Since we did not end up having our review until 3/8 this gave us time to have Linda review it ahead of time and make a few adjustments. We made a few further changes following our review and presented the finished proposal to the client last Thursday. During the client presentation, each team member reviewed the pieces he or she had created. Overall the process worked very well.

The process our team used to create the Web Proposal was to assign sections to the people who were working on that section of the site. This worked well because those people knew their section better than anyone else. If sections overlapped then one person was assigned to it, but had to seek help from the team member who had the info they didn't have. Once all the sections were completed the PM (me) read through the proposal to make sure the entire proposal was consistent.

Yes and no. It was working alright, but in the past week or so I've gotten completely swamped - too many projects all demanding attention at the same time. I'm trying to get things back together, but I'm in a bit of a time crunch at the moment. I'm hoping that the other team members will be able to continue on with their parts of the project while I try to get myself back up to speed. Since I'm the PM, I'm concerned that most of the team members are fairly passive about communicating.

Project Status -
The web proposal was created after one meeting with the client, a team meeting that not everyone was able to attend, several emails between the PM (me) and the client, with team members being CC'd on the client's responses. Content was delivered to the CD (Jen) as it was provided by the client. The different parts of the proposal were put together by different team members, pretty much independently. I really like the concept of putting together a web proposal, and I think that it would work better in an actual business setting. In the class setting, with people on different schedules with different work loads, and with some difficulty meeting, it hasn't been the easiest thing to get done.

Team Interactions:
I don't really feel like the group is interacting as well as it should be at this point. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I rarely hear from other team members unless I directly ask them a question. I've been able to get most of the info I needed, but some has been more difficult to get than others.

Our PM organized and set up the proposal on the shell site which she created. As designer I contributed all work the designer is responsible for, including the storyboard, creative brief and mock ups, as well as advising on all other areas of the proposal regarding design, including deliverables and production standards. As programmer I contributed the technical brief and advised the PM on all other areas of the proposal concerning programming. I thought the process of creating the proposal went well and don't have any suggestions for improvement.

The web proposal went fine although I wish the timing for the last client meeting to sign off for content would have been a bit earlier to allow for layout changes in the template. These aren't major changes but the html template is quite a large project in itself. This is not a team issue, I just think in hindsight a time-line thing.

We divided up the Web Proposal parts amongst the two content developers, Anna and myself, which we then completed with contributions from the designer Rebecca and Nichelle. We then forwarded on the completed pieces to the team. The project manager, Nichelle, pulled all the pieces together in the team website very nicely. The team website is definitely worth a look, it is fantastic. Nichelle also made a photo gallery of all the received photos/graphics and the information that goes with them which is extremely helpful.

As the PM, I took each element of the web proposal and created a table on an HTML page. Each element had a responsible person and a column listing whether the task was completed. As each part was completed, I converted the file to HTML and linked each part to the table until the list was complete. All members, including the client, could easily review the elements. I finally printed each page and presented it to the instructor and the client for approval.

I think the communication plan is working good. At times there seems to be misunderstanding but i feel because of our teams and clients open communication situations get cleared up quickly and I like that.

Project Status -
each of us did our part and I gathered the information and added a header to each element befor printing. It was alot of work for everyone but we got it done. I liked this process- information was readyly avialable for each role to help accomplish the common goal of a great webproposal. Things went smooth.

Team Interactions:
At times i feel anni and dusty may feel frustrated with eachother, just personalities clash, but nothing to the point they cant work together or get the work done4. everyone is doing well and all work has been complete and thuro.

Team Meetings:
Yes, the communication system is working fine for me. I am receiving information that I am needing pretty promptly, especially from the client. She usually responds prior to the 24 hour notification period we have established. Some of the team members usually respond more quickly then others, but the project is going fine.

Project Status -
Our project manager created a web site to house the different parts of the web proposal. We all contributed our part to the project and our PM put it all together and printed it out. I delivered my part, as well as everyone else, and the Proposal was presented, so I would say it worked well. I can't think of any improvements necessary for the web proposal. It went smoothly.

Team Interactions:
Mark and I (the content developers) are constantly chatting back and forth regarding questions about the project. Jerry, tries to keep us to a schedule which is working fine for us. Stephen, has his hands full of the design part, but we should be seeing things from him shortly. Once we have that part, we the CD's will be off and running once again.

Team Meetings:
The team continues to meet face to face on a regular basis and use email on other occasions. Like all teams some members communicate more often than others but overall the project continues to move forward.

Project Status -
I developed a template in Dreamweaver containing a header and vertical navigation within the site which people could use. Personally I was responsible for contact page, strategic briefs, communication, work flow, and contract. Other team members contributed with their pages that were consolidated into the main web site. The main flow linked back to individual team members server address. I used the web site as the basis for producing the printed copies for the client and the instructor. The team and client initialed the pages and signed the contract.

Team Interactions:
In some instances communication has been outstanding with some members passing information back to the team sooner than the due date. There is a great deal of information sharing and helpful suggestions among some of the team members as well. The project continues to remain on schedule and in some cases ahead of schedule.
