The imagemap is on the main page. It is a housewhere the door and the terrace are the image map for now. I probably will change graphics for that later on.My animated gif is a simple one to send me email.It is also on the front page.I have a fancy "letter A" on the "origin.html" (second page) that I got from a cliparts CD.I also have arrows (images) for navigating forward and backward within the site.I choose the color="#ffffff" (white) as background for now. I kanda like the effect of white background compared to a colored one. I may add a "bordered background" later on with color schemes as well.I am developing content for the web as I go...I think the toughest part is really what to put on the site rather than how to do it.

Images and imagemap on index.html. Linked imagescan be found on events.html. Background gif, animated gifs and interlaced gifs can be found on clancy.html. The page about.html is temporarily "About" transparent bird gifs on a colored back ground. I have changed the link color throughout the pages and converted the gif What's in the News on events.html from an illustrator file (.ai) that my mother created. Between the two of us we have made all of the images to keep the red, black and white color scheme that my brother Kelly requested. I hope to add a page about our family in the next class.

Their are images on the index page.I have created some text reading"A Seasonal View of the Napa Valley." the jump link will bring you to a .jpg at the middle of the page where underneath their are little .gif buttons reading "Spring-Summer-Autumn-Winter." These will take you to pages with an assortment of thumbnail pictures which will link you to larger graphics.Each Seasonal page has a hyperlink at the bottom before my address reading,"a personal note." This link takes you to an image map of a fall colored tree which has triangular corners which are links back to the various Season pages.I also have a little animated .gif of a rising sun underneath the tree .jpgGeez! I can hardly wait for tables!
