Create Username and Password for Homework - CIS 50.12

Please note that this check in form will not work until the first day of the course

Part #1
Welcome - the check in process has 2 parts. First we need to establish that you are enrolled in the class. You need to enter your name, section# and the last 4 digits of your student name #. You will also be asked to create your own unique username and password. Each time you turn in homework you must enter this username and password. When you check your grades you will also enter these values.

After completing this form you will be asked to submit a "Student Introductions" form which allows you to introduce yourself to your classmates so we can all get to know each other. Please fill out the "Student Introductions" form immediately after you complete this form.
