The purpose of this form is to allow you to submit the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) for your home page (index.html). This will allow me to assign points for making the page, loading the file onto the Web, and validating your page. This is the first time you have turned in homework this way and it can be tricky. The form asks you for the URL of your website. Since most of you are using "student" our campus server to load the pages your URL will be
http://student.santarosa.edu/~username (the username part will be unique to your account).
If for some reason you cannot make the form work, or if you accidentally enter the incorrect address. Copy and paste the correct URL into an email message.
