Joanne and Jeane's house was finished just in time for Joanne's big 40th birthday celebration in February.  Friends and family packed the house for a Hoe-Down, heel-kickin' time.

Many friends came from Texas and since their property has the appearance of an urban South-Fork ranch, (complete with a barn and plenty of grazing land) the cowboy theme went quite well.  Here's Jettus taking time for a picture in-between pool shots.

The next morning the warm waters of mom's hot tub drew Jazlyn and Stephani for a few minutes.  The chilly air kept them low in the water and once they decided to get out, a quick sprint had them inside the warm house.   BACK
