Subject: [EWAR] Phoenix lights: laser-generated UFO hoax?
Ed Dames said on the Art Bell show Friday night that the lights over Phoenix
last March were produced by interference patterns created by intersecting
UV laser beams. Five lasers were positioned South of Phoenix to create a "lumia"
laser light show, he believes. He says he learned about this from a PSI
TECH <http://www.trv-psitech.com/> study using "technical remote viewing,"
or "remote perception."
There's no scientific evidence I'm aware of that Dames' company PSI TECH
has achieved such claimed feats (asked on the Art Bell show, he hemed and
hawed and failed to come up with a single verifiable prediction, except
"mostly generic global ecological kinds of things"). A more rational (and
obvious) explanation might be that Dames -- an "ex" (yeah, right) DIA
intelligence officer trained in disinformation tactics -- acquired this
information from his intelligence-community and technology contacts.
Actually, the notion of using laser-generated aerial simulacra to create
mass psyops hoaxes has been circulating for some time, as in "Project Blue
Beam" (see below) and even admitted by the Maitreya as his "second coming"
strategy.
Dames hinted that a "certain TV network" just "happened" to be there (on
March 13) and that the network conspired to create the alleged hoax with a
company that's in that business of creating laser light shows. Interesting
factoid: the Flandrau Laser Show <http://www.seds.org/flandrau/laser.html>
is located on the University of Arizona campus at Cherry Avenue and
University Boulevard.
Anybody in Phoenix want to talk to Flandrau to see what their laser
experts think about this from a technical and operational standpoint? (I'm
not saying Flandrau was involved in the hoax; I have no way to confirm --
or deny -- that.)
Interesting question: why would an intelligent officer alert millions of
people to a military psyop technique (see the U.S. Air Force "Air Force
2025" study, "Illusion" chapter
<http://www.au.af.mil/au/2025/volume3/chap14/v3c14-3c.htm> and the Hayakawa
memo below). The answer, one might assume: R&D has already gone way beyond
this and therefore this tech is now appropriate to put out there as an
explanation to send the naive off on a laser-beam chase. Or perhaps Dames
was tasked to put out the laser-beam story as a cover for an advanced
stealth vehicle?
Or does "Major Games" have a more ambitious psyop in mind -- one keyed to
his scifi-style prediction of a cylinder from the Hale-Bopp comet landing
this winter in Africa and releasing plant-pathogen spores that will wipe
out plant life on earth (he recommends pond scum and worms as protein
sources) and plunge the earth into massive famines and global economic
collapse next year, so you better buy his remote-viewing tapes right away
so you'll know what to do. And of course, a scared nation of sheep is more
easily herded, let's not forget.
In any event, Dames failed to address the interesting questions: what was
the motive for this presumed elaborate hoax and what about "Phoenix"
mythology as the perfect mystical setting?
Here's one clue from my favorite conspiracy monger, Sherman Skolnick
<http://205.243.132.23/dodi-1.html>:
Before too long, Project Blue Beam holographic imaging will be used to
create "miraculous appearances" of Lady Diana. Children at various
locations will be randomly selected to witness "saintly apparitions." These
children will receive a "message" from "Diana." Some of the children will
claim that "Diana" has given them healing powers -- and what is more, these
children *will* be able to "heal." Locations of these "miraculous
appearances" will become known as places of healing and sacred shrines.
"Saint Diana's" two children, William and Harry, will become akin to two
living Jesus Christs, walking the earth. It will be the start of "the new
religion." Who controls the new religion controls the world.
Your thoughts?

Subject: Project Blue Beam
The calculated resistance to the New Religion--the New World Order
and the New "Messiah"--will be human loss on a massive scale in the
ensuing "Holy Wars."
Project Blue Beam will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of
the prophecies of old: as great as the birth and ministry of Jesus
2000 years ago. In principle, it will make use of the sky as a movie
screen as spaced-based laser-generating satellites project
simultaneous terminal holographic images to the four corners of the
planet, in every language, in every dialect according to the region.
Computers already installed and working will coordinate the
satellites and software to run the show (Holography is based on very
nearly identical signals combining to produce an image, or hologram,
with great depth, which is equally applicable to acoustic ELF, VLF,
LF waves) as a "real" optical phenomenal.
Specifically, the show will consist of laser projections of multiple
holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving
different images according to predominating regional/national
religious faith. Not a single area will be excluded.
With computer animation and sound effects appearing to come from the
depths of space, astonished followers of the various creeds will
witness their own returned Messiah in spectacularly convincing
lifelike progressions.
Then, the projections of The Christ, of Mohammed, Buddha, Krishna,
etc., will merge into one, after correct explanation of the
mysteries, prophecies, and revelations have been disclosed.
THIS ONE GOD WILL IN FACT BE THE ANTI CHRIST, who
will explain that the various scriptures have been misunderstood;
that the religions of old are responsible for turning brother against
brother, nation against nation; therefore the world's religions must
be abolished to make way for the Golden Age (New Age) of the
ONE WORLD RELIGION, represented by the one god
(Anti-Christ in this instance) they see before them.
Naturally, this superbly staged full-scale deception will result in
social and religious disorder on a grand scale, including rampant
millions of programmed religious fanatics and cases of "demonic
possession" on a scale never seen before.
In addition, to offer the world a "new saviour" which they will
eagerly accept, this event will occur at a time of great political
anarchy and general tumult.
Motion picture artists who create computer images admit that, "If
the viewer does not know the genesis and history of our scenes, they
cannot tell them from reality."
Computer-generated scenes so accurate that the average person cannot
tell them from reality? Terminal holographic projections from
satellites to make you believe you are seeing little grey people
from Zeta Reticula, flying saucers and the returned Christ?
Federal agencies are betting they can induce you to commit suicide
or murder, or to accept the New Age One World Government with just
such images by the year 2000.
TX1400L PASSIVE TRANSPONDER (Illustration)
No larger than a #2 pencil lead, the injectable transponder is a
passive radio-frequency identification tag. Every human slave of the
New World Order will have one of these, or similar, injected at
birth. The NWO agencies will know who you are, what you eat, where
you go and how many times a month you have sex so you can be
tracked, taxed and fined. Some welfare children are already carrying
the transponder as a way to "keep track of lunch money recipients,"
according to some government sources.

Subject: [EWAR] Millenium Bug: Mainframes/2000 problem
Hello, I'm new to the list and perhaps this subject has been
thoroughly covered or is deemed not relevant under the list's
guidelines. If so, tell me and I won't pursue this subject here.
I am looking for information sources regarding the "Millenium Bug." I
want to locate sources who don't mind looking at the down side. Is
there an authoritative source for an overview--how large is the
problem? How much has been done to solve the problem? What percentage
of main frame installations are now fully compliant? What happens
when a significant number of main frames go down? What is the risk of
a synergistic cascading effect? When a major main frame goes down,
how does that company or industry cope and how is the problem fixed
in the midst of chaos? How significant is the hard wired problem and
what is actually being done about it? For example, does anyone know
how many vehicles are on the road that might cease to function at
some point? How many satellites in orbit have potential problems?
I'm looking for newsgroups and/or informed web pages that are
presenting the problem from the potential consequences point-of-view.
How many companies are simply coasting without really analyzing the
problem within their own walls? How many companies and government
agencies just don't know about the problem and therefore aren't
concerned? How many companies and government agencies are simply
tucking their heads in the sand? What will happen when electronic
control units must be replaced and the capital investments are too
large?
Where are people addressing the possibility that we won't get enough
of the year 2000 problem fixed in time and what is the potential
downside? If there are no intelligent people worrying about this
problem, why not? Is it a possibility the government and media don't
want much public awareness that might feed panic or, God forbid,
political repercussions over this potential short-term crisis of
Western civilization? I've been waiting for several months for some
serious discussion to start about this problem. So where is it?

Big financial mkt risk in 2000 date change--NY Fed
NEW YORK, Sept 20 (Reuter) - New York Federal Reserve Bank President
William McDonough said
the Year 2000 software date change poses a major risk for world
financial markets, and, if
botched, could hurt the world economy.
``Getting the Year 2000 issue right is critical for every
organization. Failure to get it right will
affect the integrity of the payments system and the performance of
the domestic, and maybe
even the global, economy,'' he said in a speech to be delivered
before the annual membership
meeting of the Institute of International Finance in Hong Kong.
A copy of the speech was made available here.
``... (T)he century date change poses a very significant risk for
financial markets.''
The New York Fed chief said that as recently as the early 1990s,
banks and other financial
institutions did not pay much attention to the Year 2000 issue. Using
just two digits in computer
programs to represent the year made sense for decades.
However, when the new millennium arrives, operating systems of banks,
corporations,
brokerage houses and other institutions will read ``00'' in the
year-date field, a pair of numbers
the systems may only recognize as ``1900.''
To guard against Year-2000 problems, organizations are dedicating
significant financial and
human resources to ensure their programs and systems are millennium
compliant.
In fact, McDonough said consultants estimate that systems testing
alone will absorb as much as
70 percent of Year 2000 project resources at some institutions.
Among other things, McDonough stressed that organizations cannot deny
that any Year-2000
problem exists or that institutions can address the issue using only
existing resources. Similarly,
he cautioned firms not to leave the problem to outside suppliers or
vendors.
``Bluntly stated, if your own management and staff, or your
correspondents and customers,
take any of the (above) positions, your organization may be at
risk,'' he said.
McDonough said the New York Fed and the general Fed system were
working hard to ensure that
their systems will be ready and fully tested.

Wes,
Some quick notes on your Blue Montage here:
>mass psyops hoaxes has been circulating for some time, as in "Project Blue
>Beam" ...
I recently stumbled across an interesting work entitled _Nostradamus'
Unpublished Prophecies_ which documents an alleged set of additional
quatrains -- the original works stopped at Century XII, Number 62 and this
newer set picks up at C. XII, N. 63.
Aside from prolific mentions of latter day so-called "BVM" phenomena, there
is no shortage of intell re: chem/bio weaponry, UFOs & "space aliens," and a
third antichrist (Napoleon and Hitler being the first two) the anagrammed
name of whom is "Laus Masbu."
As an example, he often refers to strange aerial craft which flit about in
the sky as "bees" and "thunder and lightning" -- it is speculated -- may
denote bombs and/or laser weaponry. Germane to this thread is the following
quatrain:
The bees sting amid thunderclaps and lightning bolts,
Confusion. Fear. Awe. The fish trembles,
Governments are strangely silent while the heavens
Flash ominous messages to the populace. East and West darken.
Curious, no?
>Or does "Major Games" have a more ambitious psyop in mind -- one keyed to
>his scifi-style prediction of a cylinder from the Hale-Bopp comet landing
>this winter in Africa and releasing plant-pathogen spores that will wipe
>out plant life on earth...
This was in reply to a similar thread on aav:
It is not entirely inconceivable that the ole Edster was merely
confused. Much "astral" intell is often encoded in symbolism and one
must employ wisdom, discernment and caution so as not to become locked
into an interpretive mode too literal in flavour.
For instance, what is pseen as a large body of water may represent a
huge mass of people (as in the expression "the sea of humanity") and a
mountain may speak of a nation or a kingdom. The city of Babylon
(mentioned elsewhere today in a post by the V.H. Emperor Norton) may
not be literal a'tall -- as Saddam might suppose -- but rather an
ideology, cosmology and/or ontology. A mark on the hand may be a way
of describing the actions of an individual and a mark on the forehead
may indicate nothing more than his thoughts and attitudes. Rather
adds a new slant to the alleged "mark of the beast," no?
So what did Major Eddie really psee when he gazed upon THE HORROR of
the Deadly Plant Pathogens sprayed so mercilessly from the alleged
Cylindrical Martian Space Ship hiding ever so cleverly in the tail of
Comet Hale Bopp? I suppose that would depend at least partially upon
whether it spun widdershins or deosil -- what was the esoteric meaning
of the exoteric representation he psaw?
Or could he be just plain nutso?
Or is he [feebly] attempting to undermine and marginalise genuine
remote viewing as a sort of after-the-fact damage control op while
simultaneously piggybacking other cover ops on the coattails thereof?
I mean rilly, Edster, a busted fuel pump causing the TWA-800 disaster?
How st00pid do you think we are, guy? Morehouse can't figure out if
you've slipped a gear or are scrambling for cover here.
Yet there's another angle to consider as well -- Brothress Cassandra
insists we bring it up just now. A certain D.C. source with heavy
intelligence connections once mentioned that some of the most vocal
skeptics are those who actually DID get a peek behind the veil and had
the bageezus scared outta 'em. Whether it is cowardly fear which
causes them to ride the debunking bandwagon or a genuine concern that
a Pandora's Box teeters apocalyptically on the verge of being
irrevocably opened is perhaps not ours to judge. Could this apply to
DIA's Mr. D:.?
As always, time will tell.
Finally, we would be remiss if we failed to offer the magickal
perspective, for verily, in this newsgroup it is spoken of the
sephiroth & the paths, of spirits & conjurations, of gods, spheres,
planes & many other things which may or may not exist. It is
immaterial whether they exist or not. By doing certain things certain
results follow; readers are most earnestly warned against attributing
objective reality or philosophical validity to any of them.
The great star for seven days shall burn,
A cloud shall make two suns appear.
In the year 1999 and seven months,
From the sky will come an alarmingly powerful King.

I, too, am seeking this information, but with somewhat stricter parameters.
We are aware that research of this nature has been conducted by Johns
Hopkins University (Hospital). The ability to inject and thus induce
cancers is a process long known. It is our understanding that this
procedure has been perfected to the point that the cancer-inducing agents
can be ingested rather than injected. Any documentable and solid research
on this subject would be most welcome, and I'll pursue the continuing
research on the basis of those leads. Any info? thanks so much!

thisis purest hearsay but I have heard that by using sound which
disrupts the normal vibrations of the body, black-ops agents have the
ability to induce cancer without actually touching their intended
victim

To the list:
My earlier request needs further clarification. It should have read:
I am seeking information regarding black ops programs which deal in the area
of inducing cancers in selected targets <without coming into direct contact
with the target>. Any information provided to this list or to me privately
would be most timely and very much appreciated.
Thank you.

Subject: [EWAR] EMF hallucinations, UFOs, and abductions
The is a promo for an article offering an intriguing broadcast
microwave explanation for some UFO sightings and abductions.
Thanks to Eleanor White <raven1@alpha.netaccess.on.ca> for alerting
me to this.
This explanation may be misleading because there is
ample evidence that microwave signals may be intentionally
targeted to specific individuals (see
<http://www.netaccess.on.ca/~raven1/>).
Michael Persinger has advanced another explanation for these
phenomena: ELF (extremely low frequency) electrical signals
from earthquakes and magnetic storms. See
<http://www.io.com/~hambone/web/persinger.html>.
If anyone has access to the full article, please summarize the
conclusions for us. - Wes Thomas

The Poltergeist Machine
Keep Albert Budden's card handy. When something invisible throws a
tantrum in your house, you might need him. He belongs to a small group
of researchers and inventors trying to puzzle out and replicate the strange
forces at work in hauntings. Here, he lets us into the spooky world of the
electromagnetic storm chaser.
When Ms X of Ashton, near Bristol reached for her baby, a painful blue
spark almost electrocuted him. She cracked with static electricity so
loudly that people looked at her in the street. At night she could hear
Morse code signals when no one else could and, once, was jolted awake
to be dazzled by an intense blaze of white light in her bedroom. She
constantly experienced moments of intense deja vu.
Ms X's case is typical of the kind I study; cases in which inanimate
objects sometimes suddenly move, bulbs pop, electrical appliances
switch on and off, and balls of light appear. Sometimes the long-suffering
victims have the strong and inescapable feeling that something invisible is
in the house with them or even see apparitions. Such a victim might think
of calling in an organisation that studies psychic phenomena but, in my
experience, this will do little good, as they will probably assume that your
house is haunted and ask to hold an all night vigil there.
I begin from a different assumption; that these apparently paranormal
phenomena are the bizarre side-effects of electromagnetic pollution. We
are all surrounded by a constant fog of waves of electromagnetic energy.
There are some places where this unseen pollution is worse than at others
and these hot spots are created when the ever-changing wave-forms
from several microwave transmitters interact with each other to create
powerful standing waves - rather like a mini electromagnetic tornado -
which can actually change the rules of reality. Under these conditions the
mayhem that results can be quite frightening.
Living in a hot spot is both puzzling and a health risk. Not only does your
physical living space behave oddly, your nervous system and senses do
too. I have known victims to develop unexpected allergies that undermine
their well-being. Favourite foods or drinks unexpectedly make them feel
nauseous, panic-stricken or experience swings of mood. If you are home
most of the day and thus have a prolonged exposure to the hot spot, you
could -as Ms X did - develop electrical hypersensitivity.
Besides hallucinations, your body could develop a high static charge and
emit electromagnetic fields which could cause a tape recorders to grind
to a halt or a washing machine to flip through its programme. It is no
surprise that even the caring professions fail to recognise the signs of
electromagnetic hot spot activity, either refusing to believe the victim's
tale or diagnosing nervous instability.
When the normal electrical activity of the brain becomes destabilised by
electromagnetic interference, epilepsy-like states can sometimes develop.
Victims can suffer blackouts or see hallucinations such as balls of light
coming through the walls. Even more bemusing, they can suffer lapses in
consciousness after which they suddenly become aware that they are not
where they thought they were and have no memory of even complex
actions they might have performed. This condition is called automatic
behaviour.
It is during such periods of 'missing time' (to use Budd Hopkins's term)
that some people have done things that they would normally be inhibited
from doing. One man burst into his employer's office and announced "If I
don't have more money, I'm leaving". He was puzzled to find extra cash
in his wage packet at the end of the week. Again, a woman, who was
struggling with a tortuous knitting pattern for a sweater her husband
insisted he wanted, found that it had vanished, forcing her to abandon the
project. She found the pattern again about a year later, folded into a tiny
square, under an old jar at the back of the kitchen cupboard!
You can read more of Albert Budden's fascinating findings on
electromagnetism and the paranormal in Fortean Times 92, on sale now!
