Petition to Repeal the Law of Gravity

We the undersigned, having suffered enough from its ravages, and never having had the opportunity to cast our votes on any such law, rule, or referendum, do hereby petition that the unjustly appointed LAW OF GRAVITY be hereby repealed, rescinded, and otherwise revoked, until such time as a democratic vote shall prove that the majority of those who are polled desire the return of said law.
