previously with Santa Clara County and San Diego County will be holding a Seminar on Project Delivery Methods including Design Build, Bridging, Construction Management and Trade Contracting as outlined in the AIA California Council ADAPT report. The emphasis of the presentation will be focused on how the various options impact architectural and engineering service contracts, scope of work, fees and liabilities. You will learn not only how each option may benefit the Owner, but more importantly, how each option impacts your business practices. Also covered will be the various impacts on material distributors and manufacturers representatives since each option has its benefits and pitfalls.

AIA Learning Units: RECSI is a registered provider with the AIA Continuing Education System (AIA/CES). This probram meets the AIA/CES criteria for Level 1. AIA members will receive 3 learning units which will be reported directly to CES for them.
