You can approach Benton from Bishop (rt 6), Lee Vining (rt 120-not plowed in winter) or Benton Crossing Road (left off 395 south of Mammoth Airport at church).
The property is west of route 6 on Goolsby Ranch Rd, about 1/2 mile south of the action central of Benton (the cafe-grocery-gas station). Coming from the south, turn left on Goolsby Ranch Rd, and look for the windmill on the right. This is the place.
