Welcome to the Golden State Novas Home
page!
Golden State Novas is a car club located in the San Francisco bay area.
Our goals are to help our members with the restoration,
preservation,
and modification of their cars, and to have fun doing it. This page is
intended to entertain and inform our members, or anyone else interested
in Novas, or Chevrolets. The page is not a replacement for our
newsletter,
Nova News, but it allows us to see color photographs, and to link to
other
pages on the web. Also, it is for non members to learn about us, and to
obtain membership information.
The 2006 Bowtie Bash was June 10th . Pictures soon.
Also this year, the 2006 National Nostalgic Nova Mini Nats will take
place August 19 and 20, in Rancho Cordova. Here is the registration form
with the details.
Here
are the pictures from the 2005 Bowtie Bash. A great show, as usual.
The 2004 Sacramento Mini Nats were lots of fun as usual, pictures are here.
Try out our message board. This is where you can ask technical
questions,
tell us about your Nova, comment about the site, or just let us know
that
you stopped by. Your comments here may be reprinted in our newsletter,
unless you ask us not to. I know that a lot of our readers are
experienced
in Nova building and restoration. If you see a question here and you
have
an opinion about it, feel free to put in your two cents.
For the latest car show and swap meet information check out
the online
calendar at Drive Magazine
online.
This is a long article about a project of my own, its my Disco
Nova project. Several updates have been added. Latest update: July
8 2000.
Here is a feature about our club's visit to the Reggie
Jackson musclecar museum.
Check out this huge feature, the Brochure
project!
It is all of the Chevy II and Nova original brochures, scanned and
placed on the web for you. Find your favorite year! Warning, the whole
project is 32 megabytes, yes it is huge. The pages will load slowly.
This project is located on the ClassicNovas.net
web site.
Check out our Bookshelf
section.
