I am here to make your computer life easier, more effective and tranquil. I can help you learn how to use computer software and do some troubleshooting for Windows 95/98/ME/XP. The activities at the Windsor Computer User's Group at the Senior Center are also included for your perusal.
This site is under development and will be completed and improved as time goes on.

The basic principles and philosophy of my teaching are

Ask questions if anything is unclear
Have fun, experiment and enjoy your computer
Don't memorize - use help and notes.

My one-on-one training is by appointment only . If there are questions I can answer over the phone, (707) 838-2209, in a short period of time there is no charge for that or e-mail me at donna@sonic.net if you have questions that can be answered in that manner.

Individualized Instructions

I do one-on-one instruction at your office/home or mine. This includes an operational handout for the subject and also free technical support over the phone. Please e-mail for current prices.

I provide training for PC and Macintosh software. For PC Software: DOS, WordPerfect, Word, MSWorks; Windows95/98/ME/XP, Windows applications: Excel, Word, MSWorks, PrintShop, Adobe Photo Deluxe and Quicken.
For Mac software: MSWorks, Graphics, SuperPaint, Quicken, Mac System 7.5, 8.x, 8.5, ClarisWorks, Word and Excel.
I also provide technical support for the internet, learning and installing software.

I can customize the training to fit your situation. Take any software that I support and tell me what topics you would like included/or ask me if you are unsure and I'll customize the training for you. This can be at your office/home or my office.
